"Uncomfortably hot room. On a 27C (~80F) day, we were told that the air-conditioning has been switched OFF for Winter, and forced heat has been put ON. There was no option to turn OFF the heat either. Our only choice was to sleep with the window wide open. Unfortunately, with the room facing a busy street with high traffic and noise until late into the night, it made our stay quite unpleasant."

"Staying here was very pleasant for the most part. Clean, nice staff and they provided me with a kettle to make tea. Central to easily walk to restaurants and cafes.
