A very strong experience. The hotel is 5 minutes from Roma Termini and the metro so is very well positioned. Like a lot of areas around main train stations, there are signs of homelessness but it still feels a very safe area. Very well placed for tourist attractions either by metro or by walking too.

Hotel is walking distance from Roma Termini but the street is away from seedy areas around the station. We walked to Trevi fountains, Colloseum & Spanish steps . There were number of dining options around . Our room was generous in size and provided a very comfortable stay. The lady at reception who check us in & out was friendly and efficient, we would recommend the hotel as an excellent option for short/long stay in Rome.

I loved the service from everyone they where great at the front desk, the clean up service, one problem was everytime we called food service nobody would answer, we would have to call the front desk and they would get someone on the phone. The hardest part was the inaccessibility around the hotel, the ramps to get to the restaurant are super steep so I had to go backwards, then I almost fell the second steep ramp, I had to be helped getting up the ramps on my way out and I had a smart drive on that couldn't handle how steep they are. And third the shower for someone in a wheelchair completely disabled it was hard, the first room didn't have a handle bars placed correctly so there's no way to hold your balance if you don't have good balance, your falling forward, the second room they gave my did have one handle bar in the correct place but still needed help because the shower chair was to small and out of plastic it was just a hard time overall but we managed luckily my GF was there

We had a family room, 1 queen and 1 single. Surprisingly, the room also had 2 bathrooms! This hotel is an easy walk from the train station and also allows easy access to the subway. The property is very clean, staff are friendly and helpful and there is a good buffet breakfast available. No hesitation in recommending it.

We loved that we have close access to the termini which allowed us to use this if we needed, but we did find that we could walk easily around from here - it was enjoyable walk into the city center. Slight hills to navigate but worth it. You stumble across so much of Rome by walking its streets. This hotel is modern and has everything you need.

The bathroom is clean, the staff are super friendly and helpful. The breakfast coffee tastes awesome. The location is OK, a bit busy, but we feel safe and it is walkable to the Termini. What we are not very impressed with is the smell of the carpet when the AC is off. The stairs inside the room are unbelievably noisy, but not sure if it only that room.
