This Is a small hotel with lots of charm and in a great location to visit Vatican and Rome. Near buses that connect you to the whole city. Super friendly staff and very nice breakfast. Recommend it for visiting Rome for a short term stay.

This place is a GEM! Welcoming, charming, and SO CLEAN! The beds are comfortable and good eateries within walking distance. Wonderful breakfast and the staff were amazing. Highly recommend. Location isn't close to the touristy spots, but a short bus ride to the Vatican, and walkable from there.

We stayed two days in this Guest House. I highly recommend it. The host was very welcoming. I thought it was a hotel, because it was on hotels.com. Just to be aware it is a guesthouse.

Tomasso and Massimo were excellent hosts. I loved how friendly and accommodating they were. The place is very clean and you can tell they pay attention to detail to make you comfortable. The bus outside of the place is easy to take and get around Rome and all of the sites. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Tomasso and Massimo for the stay!

We smile each time we think back on our stay here. The people were so friendly and helpful with transportation too. Breakfast was always wonderful and they made us feel like part of their family. Location was great for walking to the Vatican. Great restaurants nearby too. I would recommend adding blackout shades to your already comfortable rooms. Thank you again for such a memorable experience.
