Stayed at this hotel from 13 January 2025 to 16 January 2025.
My experience - If I could give a minus 5 star, I would.
Where do I start? I had booked a single room for the duration. This room can induce claustrophobia in people who never had it before. The walls are scratched and has several stain marks. Rushed to the reception and requested another room. The receptionist's attitude was rude to say the least. He demanded 80 euros to upgrade to a double room. It was 9pm and I had a long day. I paid 80 euros and he gave me key to the upgraded room. It was larger, relatively. I left my bags in the room and went out to get something to eat. Came back to the room, went to shower and I smelled human feces in the bathroom.
I couldn't take it anymore. I called the reception and reported this. The receptionist came to inspect the bathroom. He was unconvinced and I pointed the bits on the bathroom floor, yet he still didn't seem to believe me. Then he said I can get another room, but I'll have to go down to the reception to collect the key. No apology, no politeness, no basic decency.
He was rude and his attitude was such that as if I was lying.
By the way, unless you call reception and report that there is no hot water, there won't be hot water to shower.
