Completely renewed apartment 100 meters from Termini rail station. The location of the house will allow you to reach all the most important spots in Rome in few minutes. Colosseo and roman Forum, Vatican and San Peter's, Fontana di Trevi, Spanish Steps, Circo Massimo and many other important places are all reachable in 10 minutes by metro or bus.
The house is on the fifth floor with elevator, and can host up to 5 persons. It has 2 bedrooms, a double one and another, bigger, with a double bed and a single sofa bed, 2 bathrooms with shower, a balcony and a completely furnished kitchen with table and seats, plates, glasses, pots, pans, toaster, kettle and coffee machine.
The apartment has heating, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi internet, bed sheets, towels, washing machine, dish washer, Tv in all rooms, hair dryer and iron and ironing board.
Near the house will easily find all kind of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias and all you may need during your holiday.
From airports, you can either take a train (from Fiumicino), or a bus (from Ciampino) to Termini rail station, then the house is 2 minutes by walk.
Tourist Tax 6€ per night (10 nights max.) per person (not applicable for children under 10 years old)to be paid by cash at check-in.
On request there is a transfer service with private driver who can wait guests inside the airport, at arrival gates, and bring them right in front of the apartment.
For arrivals between 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. there is an additional cost of EUR 30 to be paid in cash on arrival. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 11.00 pm it is not possible to check in without a prior agreement and it is subject to availability.
