We would not recommend this hotel based on our experience. After messaging us early on, we were sent no instructions or further communications close to our stay. We showed up from the train station, found the door and realized it was not a “typical hotel.” It was more of an office/condo building. It had a non-descript buzzer that allowed us into a gated room where another gate was there. No one came to greet us, so we went out and buzzed again to see if someone would talk to us: Nope. But this second buzz got us past both gates. Then we walked up 8 flights of stairs with heavy luggage. Upon arriving, we found an open door to the suite and entered a kitchenette/lobby area. There was no one behind the desk or anywhere. With that, we found one bedroom open with keys in it. We had to assume it was ours. Without any instructions on keys or check-in/out, we just tried all the doors with the keys to make sure they’d work. In the room, we found hairs leftover, a leftover razor cover in the shower, blood stains on the sheets and a general lack of cleanliness. We stayed there just overnight since we had to leave early in the morning. By the time we left at 8 am, no one was there still. We weren’t sure if there were people in the other rooms. Overall, a bizarre self-check-in and out of a somewhat dirty room and haven’t heard from them since.

I would stay again.
We had a really nice stay, the room was large and very new and clean. The concierge was very nice and helpful, even arranging early check-in and have us directions to local attractions. Breakfast was nice with some local pastries and espresso. Great location, walkable to a lot of the sights.

5 min walk from the beautiful trevi fountain! Wonderful location surrounded by many restaurants, shops and cafes!! Beautiful b&b, modern and comfortable. We had a great stay and our tv allowed us to log into our Netflix account which was a bonus for bedtime movies!

This is much like an apartment or Airbnb, not a hotel. There are three rooms in an apartment, and we are in one of them. The living room serves as the front desk and dining room. However, the staff is very nice and friendly. The breakfast is also great. Great location. Close to the Piazza di Spagna and the Trevi Fountain.

Stanza bellissima e apprezzato molto il servizio e la disponibilità del personale per le nostre esigenze famigliari. Da consigliare per futuri soggiorni vista anche la centralità e comodità alle principali attrazioni turistiche. Unico appunto consiglierei di migliorare la colazione con prodotti di maggior qualità e freschezza (ex. mancanza di anche semplici brioches e frutta fresca).

The room was in very bad shape. No water pressure on the sink, the water tap was broken, many other items in the bathroom as well, no light in the room and AC was working only very weak. It’s a shame. Also remember that you are in an appartement and you ear whatever your neighbour is doing. Also checkin process is weird. You get there and no one to open you. You have to phone them... Other than that, very nice service, clean and nice decorated room.

La struttura si trova in una posizione eccezionale, a pochi passi da siti di interesse, da mezzi (vicinissima stazione metro, taxi e bus) e in una zona molto bella e, al contempo, tranquilla. Il palazzo è antico ed elegante. Il b&b è ristrutturato con gusto, mantenuto molto bene e pulitissimo. Una menzione particolare va ad Arnold, che ci ha accolto con gentilezza e simpatia, è stato sempre sorridente e molto disponibile. Un piacere averlo conosciuto. Soltanto per suggerire un miglioramento, metterei qualche altro gancio e piano d’appoggio in bagno e controllerei la pressione dell’acqua, piuttosto bassa. Comunque, previa disponibilità, penso che Elysium Suites sarà il nostro punto di appoggio per future vacanze romane. Grazie!

La camera molto confertevole, nuova e ristrutturata. E soprattutto nel centro di Roma a pochi minuti dalle principali attrazioni. Illuminata e perfetta per trascorrere qualche giorno. Bagno abbastanza ampio e comodo con set di cortesia e asciugacapelli. L'unico appunto la non presenza di molti ripiani e armadi dove riporre i vestiti che potrebbe influire su soggiorni più lunghi e le condioni della biancheria del letto. Tutto sommato un soggiorno più che gradevole con il ragazzo che ci ha accolto e che ritrovavano ogni mattina alla colazione davvero simpatico e pronto a rispondere a ogni esigenza. Da apprezzare la possibilità di poter lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out e tornare a qualsiasi orario a ritirarlo. Nel complesso un ottima struttura da tenere presente per un altro soggiorno nel cuore della capitale.

Bello, ma sembrava meglio - inaffidabile
Le foto sono meglio della realtà; la camera è confortevole, l'aria condizionata e il Wi-Fi funzionano bene, ma la finestra è su un cortile interno. La prima colazione è passabile. Il problema è che all'arrivo non funzionava il keypad per accedere al B&B. Abbiamo perso 1 hr assieme ad un altro ospite attendendo che trovassero le chiavi... alla fine si è scoperto che le batterie del keypad erano esaurite - non si possono avere problemi di affidabilità simili.
