If you have not booked yet....please DO NOT BOOK a room in this hotel. The worst hotel experience I have ever experienced. I never write reviews, but this place is so bad that I felt the need to, to avoid others having to suffer as much as myself and my partner have. Firstly, the bathrooms are in a shockingly bad state. The paint on the shower floor was peeling off and the smell wasn't great either. Decided to head to the local supermarket and grabbed some air freshener and cleaning wipes but it still didn't do much. First night at 2.30am to 4.30am the room on the floor above us were drunk and noisy. Not one attempt to stop them by staff. In the morning when we spoke to the reception desk the response was 'They are British too I think.' Please also note, the hotel is located next to an extremely busy road which trucks and buses drive on throughout the night. The hotel has failed to invest in some form of double glazing windows which means at some points the windows or the shutters (yes the windows have car garage style shutters outside them) begin to vibrate. Loud and noisy cars throughout the night will also keep you awake. I again remind you, please avoid booking a room at this hotel. You may save £5-10.00 a night but it really isn't worth it.

As you would expect
Room was clean and comfortable bathroom was also clean but needs an update the drains smell but that’s Roman plumbing breakfast was basic Italian but the coffee was good . This hotel does what it says on the tin somewhere clean to lay your head at a reasonable rate would stay here again if in Rome

Too noisy
The hotel is too close to a major room so traffic can be heard all day and night. The beds aren't the most comfortable and my coworker ended up taking the bedding and sleeping on the floor. The shower was terrible because the water took forever to drain so you stood in a pool of standing water. The elevators are ancient and we took them only once to get our room. The staff is great and it's located about 10 minutes from the metro stop Cornelia (A line). Breakfast consisted of the usual pastries, bread, cheese, ham, cereals, yogurt, juice, coffee, tea. Wifi is great and available in the rooms. Not bad for a short stay or if you're a heavy sleeper.

Worst hotel I ever slept in so far
It was a terrible experience and if i had an option I wouldn't even sleep a night in that hotel I wrote an e-mail complaining about condition but didn't get response. Infact we were sold a dummy this hotel doesn't qualify a 3 star rating maybe if they are called a hostel instead of hotel I would understand, let alone their breakfast it was just nothing but a snack which we had to endure everyday for 4 full day with my family which was monotonous and boring, but next time whenever you consider an advert for any hotel and apartments, do pay a visit first otherwise this really discredit your website.

Awful hotel
No wifi, uncomfortable broken beds, unhelpful staff, flooding bathroom - just an uncomfortable stay, not worthy the price at all. Would never stay again.

disappointed, Not a 3 Star Hotel
Overall stay was very disappointing. We stayed there for 2 nights and unfortunately it wasn't a good experience. The toilets were not very clean, there were broken tiles in the bathroom which I thought was very dangerous. The receptionists were friendly however and helped us with our needs
