Every property (Hotel) in the area is similar, what sets this hotel apart is the staff; they are nothing short of amazing. The host, Cristina, was a spectacular human being. Accommodating, friendly, helpful, guiding, pleasant are just a few words to describe her. The facility is modern, quiet and quaint with access to numerous dinning establishments, site seeing as well as conveniently located to Roma Termini Train Station. I would highly recommend this Hotel for not only its location, cleanliness, newness but more importantly for the people who run it (Cristina) just an amazing person. Luciano was amazing also!!

Very small, but absolutely clean. Staff is super friendly, they will make you feel home. Be aware that only premium room has spa bath. This is the only hotel in Italy that i found to have USB outlets! That was very handy. Location is also perfect! Overall great place!

I was on a last minutes business travel and found this place amongst all those 500 dollars and above hotels. This is a boutique hotel. Staff members are EXTREMELY friendly and you feel at home. Room was small but very well designed and very functional, with pleasant decors. Location is unbeatable. For under 300 USD at the very heart of Rome, this is a gem. I recommend without reservation. Only note: the room comfortably sleeps 2 adults. If you have a family with kids you may need other options.

Aside from impeccable cleanliness and AC, the staff was extremely attentive and hospitable. Only stayed for one night there and the front desk staff knew me by name when I came and went, they helped handle my bags, generously handed out cold water and lemonade, and called me a taxi for the airport in the morning. Exceeded my expectations by far! 10 out of 10. When and if I come to Rome again I will be staying here! Christina and the man from the front desk were the greatest.

because of some reviews I did not have high expactations but the room was better than the picture it was very clean with amazing air conditioning the staff were very attentive to any and all of my needs the were really lovely people which was nice for a female solo traveler I felt very safe and would definitely recommend

Great stay
The front desk lady was super friendly and helpful. The house keeping was amazing bringing new water everyday and replacing other used items such as shower caps. Despite it being a 2 star hotel it was nicer than most European hotels and should be raised at least a start. We stayed 3 nights with no complaints in this hotel.
