A great stay in Rome

It was a great stay at this property, the room and bathroom was clean and spacious, the apartment in general was in a very good condition, the location was convenient and easy to get around as well.

Stay away. Far away.

Stay away, stay away. Others have mentioned this but this place has the most bizarre check-in policy, from 2-3 pm. Otherwise they charge you extra. Nobody is there so you can't just show up. My experience was that I booked a room and then a few hours later realized the idiotic check-in rules. I contacted the hotel multiple times with no answer. Email and phone. My flight arrived at 4:30 so I had to book a different hotel to make sure I had a place to stay when I arrived in Rome. The next day I went to the hotel and waited. I had told them via email that I would be there but nobody showed up. Then 2-3 came with nobody there. Finally, about an hour later a man showed up and while he was pleasant, he very briefly ran thought tram stops etc and was gone. Basically none of the information listed is accurate. I don't have time to go through it all but there was no breakfast available as well as other items listed. Frankly I don't understand why Hotels com allows this listing because it is not a place anybody would want to deal with. It will ruin your trip.

Bed and Breakfasts for the win

This place was great! It’s a great private room and bathroom, and the kitchen area was a nice touch. I was staying in hostels, and then this was a fantastic alternative.

Great location.

Great lication easy to access all the sights but also in the middle of dining and bar area. Good shower-and comfortable room. View left a bit to be desired overlooked a derelict cinema . No curtains or blinds on window and tho not overlooked they’re needed to keep light out. Overall would recommend for it’s location.

Location, location.

Very good location in middle of Trastevere but still on quiet street. Friendly and helpful staff :) Would definitely go again !

Bring your reservation with you.

Owner offers parking available, there is no such thing. Offers breakfast and later on argues that is not included in your rate. Then breakfast is in a bar next door. A/C not good too noisy.

Nette Unterkunft im Zentrum Roms

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer Wohnung in einem netten alten Palazzo. Freundlich eingerichtet. Wir waren nur auf der Durchreise. Kurzfristiger Checkin hat gut geklappt.

Adorei

Um adorável BnB. Quarto amplo, confortável, muito limpo. O café da manhã foi super gostoso e a moça que nos atendeu foi super simpática. Trastevere é um ótimo lugar para ficar e o Lá Civetta foi uma excelente opção, cheio de restaurantes e bares em volta, de fácil acesso a vários pontos turísticos.

Great Location near "Local" Restaurants

Pros: Location! The hotel was across the river and a 15 minute walk from the city center. There were lots of great local restaurants. Breakfast was provided. Cons: Street parking. The person that checked us in did not speak English so there was confusion on if we were parked in the right place or not. We ended up looking up a parking garage nearby and parked our car there for the 3 days we were there so we didn't have to worry about it.

Worth staying

Really good location, clean room, breakfast pretty basic, but ok start for the day. Make sure you inform your ETA, otherwise there might not be anybody to let you in when you arrive. Don't forget earplugs, walls are super super thin and you can hear the neighbors really well (this is an apartment building, not a hotel).

Se andate a Roma in auto è un posto da evitare.

Purtroppo appena arrivato in auto (dopo aver fatto 500 km) la risposta è stata : overbooking !! Trovata per fortuna altra sistemazione in appartamento adiacente. Non c'è reception !! Si parla solo al telefono col titolare. Impossibile parcheggiare per strada ed inoltre è zona ZTL ! La stanza era decente ma la prima colazione in un bar convenzionato è stata semplicemente penosa . Non ci tornero' mai piu'.

La sua forza " la posizione"

Al secondo piano di un condominio, recentemente ristrutturato, camere ampie con bagno e doccia (questa con cabina di scarsa qualità ma nuova), buona la pulizia. La camera dove abbiamo soggiornato io e mia moglie è lato strada, a noi non ha dato fastidio ma le persone con sonno leggero possono avere qualche problema. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. La posizione del B/B è veramente ottima scendi in strada e sei già nella realtà della bellissima Trastevere con le sue viuzze, trattorie e locali invidiabili, ed allo stesso tempo è vicinissimo a viale Trastevere ben servito dai mezzi pubblici. Noi abbiamo passato tre bellissime giornate tra Trastevere e Roma.

Kleines Bed and Breakfast Hotel in super Lage!

Das kleine Hotel liegt im Stadtteil Trastevere, ein sehr lebendiges, kleines Viertel mit vielen Ausgehmöglichkeiten und vielen kleinen engen Gassen. Unser Zimmer war relativ klein, jedoch vollkommen ausreichend, sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer war geräumig und neu renoviert. Das angebotene Frühstück umfasste ein kleines Frühstücksbuffet mit Brötchen, Kuchen, Wurst, Käse, Obst sowie Marmelade und Nutella. Jeden Morgen wurde jedem Gast ein frisches Croissant angeboten. Als Getränk könnte man zwischen verschiedenen Kaffeespezialitäten entscheiden, diese wurden vom Vermieter selbst zubereitet. Wir waren mit dem Frühstück sehr zufrieden. Auch wenn die englisch-Kenntnisse des Vermieters nicht sehr gut waren, hat er immer versucht uns weiterzuhelfen, wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Ein shuttle Service vom Flughafen zum Hotel und zurück wurden über das Hotel gebucht. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und würden auf jeden Fall nocheinmal wiederkommen. Uns hat vorallem die Lage und das saubere Zimmer überzeugt!

Trastevere - Återkommer gärna

Ett par underbara dagar i en a världens bästa städer. Området Trastevere är utanför turiststråken och atmosfären, restauranger och området i sin helhet är mycket charmerande. Hotellet är ett enkelt B&B bestående av flera mindre lägenheter och har man dom förväntningarna så kommer upplevelsen bli bra. Väldigt varmt, personligt och hjälpsamt bemötande.

Vardagsliv med toppenläge i Rom

Mitt i det pittoreska Trastevere ligger detta B&B. Beläget på andra våningen i ett "vanligt" italienskt hus. Hiss till våning 2/3, därefter en halvtrappa ner. Relativt lugn gata. Hade ett rum åt innergården (där fönstret inte gick att stänga helt) så relativt bra sovkvalitet.Bra frukost med varma croissanter, youghurt och frukt mm. Mycket tillmötesgående värd.

Nice but not great.

Our room was fine, small but that was what I expected. What I did not expect was the smell of sewer gas in our bathroom and some in the bedroom.
