Nice and comfortable apartment close to Vatican
The property is well located close to the Vatican. The rooms were comfortable and the AC worked great. The balconies were nice. All and all, it was a very pleasant stay and we would recommend this place to traveling families.

Wonderful time in Rome!
We really loved our stay here. The location was great, check in was smooth and very informative. Recommendations on food from previous reviews was great, and they had recommendations too. 4-5 minute walk to a grocery store was a great thing too!

Fantastic location!
The apartment was located very close to the train and bus station, and within a few minutes walk from Vatican City. There are several restaurants and mini-markets nearby as well. The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. Highly recommended!

Love This Place!
We had a bit of a hiccup in getting there but once we got there and got our keys what a great place. Communication was great in setting everything up. It is in a super part of the city. Lots of places to eat close by, especially the bakery just out your front door! It was a great location for us. Walked to the Vatican. I will say they are doing some construction just across the street, so they start early with the work. But we were up and out so it was not issue for us.

Family stay in Rome for the holidays
Amazing location close to and over looking St Peters at the Vatican from the multiple balconies. There are a number of restaurants and stores close by and it was easy to get to the rest of Rome. It was also a 1 min walk to the train station. Safe and secure. Great communication with the owners in the lead up to the stay.

Rome With A View
This is a well located stay being next to San Pietro Station to catch trains and buses to get you where ever you would like to go. The check in process was very easy and Valerio was very kind and told us the easiest ways to get around town. The view though, was absolutely amazing over looking the Vatacin! There is also great food within a 5 minute walk and a great tasting bakery out the front door.

Comfortable attractive apartment
We enjoyed a several-day stay in this comfortable apartment, which is not far from the Vatican. It is in a relatively quiet and residential neighborhood- however, we managed to find a nice restaurant near it. Management was helpful in arranging a ride from the airport.

Great apartment, quiet and within with easy walking distance to Vatican City and to cross the river to explore the old city center. Enjoyed coffee in the morning on the small deck, people watching on the larger deck. Also found great small restaurant "Cresci" that was just a couple of blocks away, with delicious food that was not catering to tourist tastes. Highly recommend!

Beautiful views
This home was very comfortable and well appointed. It offers two balconies and both offer lovely views... Saint Peter's Basilica is breathtaking! It's a short walk from St. Peter's Square and a brief a cab ride to most of the other sites. There's a big super market around the corner in case you want to stock the kitchen or need other basic needs.

Amazing views from the entire apartment except one bedroom where the blind was broken.
We did a lot of tours during the day and came home to relax with a glass of wine and enjoyed the view. It was a nice apartment.

Amazing Location
Every room has a breathtaking view with lots of windows and 4 balconies in this 8th floor/top floor apartment. The beds are comfortable, bathrooms are new, and kitchen stocked with all you need. Adrinano and the booking staff were always just a minute away by message. Located in a nicer part of town, it is a 10-minute walk to Vatican City and a 3-minute walk to the train that runs to the airport or across town. This train is never full, has huge captain seats and USB plugs - skip the metro for the train! Plenty of great restaurants around the corner and an amazing bakery right next door. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Ants and bad service
Property manager was difficult to deal with, made us wait 5 hours with luggage and a baby. We paid for 3 days and arrived at 9am on day two. Lots of ants in the place, they offered to spray right away (but couldn’t come to let us in right away the day before) but the chemicals didn’t appear safe for children, according to Google. Not worth the price or service.

This is a Roma gem
We loved this apartment. The view of St. Peter’s was perceived. The apartment was immaculate. The beds are comfortable. The location is good if you want to be close to the Vatican. If you want to be closer to central Rome then it’s about a $20 taxi ride. We would definitely stay again. FYI, you only get one set of towels per guest. If you want another set it’s 15 euros. They do have a washing machine but no dryer so you need to take that into consideration. The communication with the staff was flawless. They responded to any issues within an hour or so. Very good company.

Short stay in Rome
We only stayed for two nights since we had just finished a cruise in Rome. I asked if we could check in earlier since we disembarked early from the ship and they were super nice in having us check in at noon instead of 3 pm. Check in was made by Valerio who was there 15 minutes before. He was very nice and explained everything we needed to know about the condo. We really enjoyed our stay. Super close to everything to see. Good restaurants nearby as well. Right in front of the San Pietro rail station. The building is very secure. Locked gate to come in the complex and locked door to enter the building. We loved our stay and we recommend it highly.

Property nicely situated. Bedrooms comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. Nice kitchen even though we didn’t use it much. Living room furniture could be a bit more comfortable to relax on but overall a wonderful place to stay. Ideal for 2 couples.

We loved this place! Communication with staff was really helpful. Although it was on the highest floor, there was an elevator that was helpful for our bags. There were no issues and we were relaxed. The location was also great and the views were amazing. Would book again and refer to others!
