Old hotel, seen better days, needs a good refresh. However good if you just want a place to sleep as you are out site seeing all day. Close to train stations, metro and walkable to city centre, shopping, tourist attractions and dining. Good budget hotel with a great location.

Just keep in mind that the room is very small, two single beds and little space for luggage, I don't know who designed the bathroom, they are clumsy, inside the bathroom there is a toilet plus a bidet plus a bathtub, there is no curtain for the bathtub, the bathroom is terribly uncomfortable.

It was my first hotel which was on this side from Termini, but it was good. It was quiet and a bit safer than other side. there are only a few restaurants on this side, but this hotel is the best. I got the room with the tab, so I was able to enjoy the hotwater tab.

The staff at the front were wonderful to deal with. They welcomed us after a terrible experience on the train and made us smile. We really appreciated the personal connection, after a long day of traveling. Breakfast was plentiful and lots of options.
