Premessa: non ho prenotato presso questa struttura ma bensì in quella di via del Vantaggio. Cosa sia successo, chi abbia alterato la prenotazione, non lo so. Fatto sta che ho ricevuto un danno enorme. Chiusa la premessa, il B&B non è un B&B perché quando la colazione non è inclusa di B ne resta una sola. La camera lascia piuttosto a desiderare. Apprezzo cmq l’impegno del titolare e del ragazzo addetto alla pulizia. Gentilissimi e con la massima disponibilità.

Nice accommodation and great Service

Nice place, from the center just 15 min walk and closed to the metro or bus station. Fantastic service ( thanks Domenico!). Price and product match are well balanced. Daily cleaning and you get all you need.

Estadia muito boa Anfitrião excelente. Divertido e atencioso! Lugar excelente. Tivemos um probleminha com um vazamento no boxe do banheiro mas nada demais. Naobrepassamoa ao administrador. Estar aqui é como morar em Roma. Recomendo.

Erinomainen sijainti, todella siisti kokonaisuus

Paikkana erinomainen, omistajan kanssa helppo kommunikoida ennen varausta. Tarjosi jopa lentokenttäkuljetusta. Muistakaa ennen varausta ottaa yhteyttä hotellille, sillä check-in pitää sopia etukäteen, 24/7 vastaanottoa kun ei tässä majoituksessa ole. Omistaja on hiukan omalaatuinen, mutta kaikille mukava. Lupasi jopa 10% alennusta käteisellä maksettaessa, kuulemma syntymäpäivät (veronkiertoa...?). Hotelli on erittäin siisti sisältä ja ilmastointi toimii tehokkaasti. Huoneet ovat isot, sänky mukava. Sijainti on hieman haastava löytää, sillä kadulta ei ole mitään opasteita sisäänkäynnille, joka sijaitsee ns. pihatien varrella. Ovessa kuitenkin paikan nimi ja ovikello. Siivooja erittäin mukava, hoiti työnsä moitteettomasti ainakin meidän kohdalla. Majoituksen sijainti on erinoimainen! Vajaan viikon loman aikana emme käyttäneet julkisia kulkuneuvoja ollenkaan, sillä kaikki nähtävyydet Colosseumilta aina Vatikaanin museoille asti oli vain kävelymatkan päässä. Huoneisiin ei kuulu liikenteen melua lainkaan. Suosittelen, valitsen varmasti tämän hotellin uudestaan jos tieni vielä joskus Roomaan vie :)!

lovely but not a B and B

It was a beautiful building, but not a B and B; if you call it a B and B that should include breakfast as the name implies. It was very difficult to find and a long walk from the subway. We never had our room cleaned or fresh towels unless we got them ourselves from the housekeeper. They had a hot tub but was only available from 2-6 and after we requested it. If for guest we should have access especially after a long day of sight seeing. Was a lovely room with great air conditioner though and great location.

Clean, comfortable and great value for money!

Overall a great place to stay in Rome, and also a great value for money, especially in Rome which is considered as an expensive city! Clean, comfortable! The communication with the owner was exceptional!!

Wonderful place to stay to add a local flair to your trip, and still be close to all the touristy places. The staff is more than willing to provide excellent recommendations for local places to go to get the feel of Italian life in Rome! ❤

Fint och lugnt men ofräsch doft i entrén

Fina nyrenoverade rum. Bekväma sängar och fint badrum. Bra lugnt läge på en tyst gata. Vi utnyttjade aldrig bubbelpoolen och saunan då den bara kunde bokas fram till kl.18.Det fanns inga täcken mellan lakan och överkast. Överkastet var nytt så det kändes fortfarande ok att användas som täcke. Gräs/mossväggen vid entrén stank väldigt illa vilket är synd då stället är så fint i övrigt. Vi påpekade det för den trevliga värden men han sa att det är naturlig doft.
