Decent spot to stay near the train station where good options are somewhat limited. The check in (although several steps) was VERY well explained and worked like a charm. Biggest issue was some minor cleanliness in the washroom which could easily be addressed with some standard cleaning products. Overall though, I would recommend for a short stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Roma Vespahouse! It was very easy to find and super close to the Roma Termini train station. We were able to walk everywhere and there was a grocery store and nice restaurants close by. The room was very clean and comfortable. Antonella was very helpful with the check in information. We would definitely stay here again!

Lots of dining options around. I think the area is very diverse and hence can feel a bit intimidating to some. The location is impeccable though, literally like 3 mins walk to the train station. It’s perfect if you just need somewhere close to the train station. It is not a hotel with reception and hence you must be used to checking in yourself. Not a fan of the technology and app they use because the network in the building isn’t fantastic and sometimes will need several tries. The property is new, nicely decorated and clean. The cleanliness is top level. However, there is always a stench in the hallway and also at the lift lobby. I think it’s inherent in old buildings but if you are bothered, then just take note.

The room was great. Really no amenities. There is not staff there and self check in was complicated. The first thing you see upon entering the building is garbage and recycling receptacles, which on our visit, was overflowing.

The accommodations were great. The room was clean, had lots of windows, and the bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Online check in process was simple, but the Vikey app was often offline, so it could not be used to access the main entrance or room. Once we realized that we could use a code instead, access was easier. However, the door to access the rooms was finicky, and sometimes we had to enter the code several times before the door would unlock. The area is typical of any area around a train station in any major city. However, we felt safe, and did not have any issues at all. Very close to Roma Termini, which made transportation very easy.

We had some problems checking in since there was no reception. Close to the train station, close to the bus to the airport. We walked everywhere! Nice and clean. We would stay here again.

One night stay . The room is very close to Termini Station… 5 min walk.. The room was clean and the entrance to it is all automated so make sure you have your information to hand. The room was nicely set up and had slippers, water bottles, and a safe. I would stay here again

The building itself was old and did not look very inviting, however it had a very nice modern room inside and everything within their space was clean. Check in was a little complicated, you had to register all your information before arrival as there is no host on site. We enjoyed our stay at Roma Vespahouse, and appreciated that it was next to Termini train station and the market.

The location was a block from the train terminal which was what we wanted for transportation ease. The room was fully updated and lovely. Great Airconditioner, hot bathroom water with excellent pressure. The Elevator was sufficient for baggage. The Room had a secure entrance and it was quiet. An unfortunate issue was the building entrance graffiti & odor due to garbage bins. Owner would have little control over, thus I gave a star deduction.
