STUDIO WITH VIEW NEAR THE COLOSSEUM

The Studio Apartment, with its own independent entrance, is located on the 4th floor of a beautiful 1800 building with elevator in the heart of the lively Monti neighborhood. In the studio apartment there are a European king bed (160 x 200 cm) and a double sofa-bed (140 x 200 cm), a wardrobe, a console table, small cabinets, a mini fridge and an electric kettle.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, toilet, bidet, shower, hairdryer.
The room is equipped with heating and cooling air conditioning system, fiber optic ethernet network, Wi-Fi, television with Fire Stick. From the balcony with a small table and two chairs, which faces towards the Capitoline Hill, you can enjoy beautiful sunsets over the old town.

We loved the location of this property. And it has a balcony, which I love. You can see the Colosseum from the front door. Be sure to walk there and take a picture at night.

You walk out the door, and you see the colosseum! Cute place, balcony, several restaurants less than a 2 minute walk. 3 minutes walk to colosseo metro stop. Owners very responsive. Just bring some cash to pay the local tax. Would stay there again.

The location was excellent… we could walk everywhere. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony each night with a glass of wine after a long day of touring. Although small, this property had everything we needed.

Location, Location, Location
The studio met our needs while visiting Rome for four days. It was clean and the shower had great pressure and the bed was very comfortable! The best part though, was stepping out the front door and seeing the colosseum just 400 feet away. The views from the terrace was also nice!

A neat comfortable room with a lovely little balcony. The location is great, with the Coliseum so very close. The owner was friendly and everything was very clean. My open suggestion would be that "studio" implies that there is some kind of kitchen, which there is not, Otherwise , a lovely place I will certainly recommend to friends.

Colosseum Wonder!
We had a lovely stay during our time in Rome. Apartment is on a quiet street just steps from the colosseum. We appreciated the elevator, small balcony, and nice amenities like the nespresso and having an iron available. The host was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating!

Great spot very close to Colosseum
It's a small studio, but for the 1 night we needed before our cruise it fit us perfectly. It's about 1 block from the Colosseum and a very nice cafe on the corner for breakfast. There's a good basement restaurant 1 block in the opposite direction, so very convenient. It was also very quiet, for being so close to a tourist area. The only hard part was hauling our suitcases up and down the short flight of stairs to/from the elevator, but that was pretty minor all things considered. We'd definitely stay here again (hopefully with less luggage! :)

Lovely Apartment
My wife and I stayed in Alberto's apartment for a short stint during our Honeymoon. The apartment is small, but we weren't anticipating spending a lot of time in doors. It has a comfortable sized bathroom, and a wonderful terrace with views of the Forum. Which my wife and I routinely spent our evenings before dinner drinking a glass of wine. It is located just steps away from the Colosseum, and taxis are readily available nearby. The street has some nice mom and pop restaurants, but we took taxi's into the city for dinner. Alberto's son checked us into the apartment. The elevator was not working, so we walked about five flights of stairs. Much needed after our big lunches. Do not be alarmed when he asks for a photo of your passport, it is Italian law. I would recommend this apartment to couples who are looking for a comfortable place to stay for a weekend, and do not expect to spend a lot of time in the apartment.

Beautiful Studio in great location!
We enjoyed our late September stay in this delightful studio apartment, located a short walk to the Colosseum and the Forum. The apartment was well appointed and quiet, and everything you need for a good rest after a day of touring and sightseeing. There are some lovely, small restaurants a very short distance away, too, which is perfect for getting a good dinner (and wine) after a long day. Alberto was very friendly and easy to work with and check in was a snap--he even set us up with a Firestick for Netflix streaming! We highly recommend this place!

Perfect
We enjoyed a short stay in this studio apartment. The location was ideal and the apartment was easy to find. The apartment had an elevator, which made getting luggage and children up to the apartment a breeze. Alberto was always available to us and was quick to reply to any questions we had. We appreciated the local map and restaurant recommendations that was left for us. We were a party of 4, 2 young children and 2 adults. The studio apartment worked perfectly for our needs. Great Location
My husband and I stayed in the Studio Apartment and it was very nice. This is the first VRBO we have ever stayed in and I was very pleased. The location however, was the best. We could literally step outside the door and see the Coliseum. It is also very near the subway station. Because this apartment is on a side street it is pretty quiet as well. The bed was comfortable and clean, which is one of the most important things for me. The only thing to note is it is on the top floor, however it does have an elevator.
