Small but good

Good place to stay for a short city trip. Great location, check-in was smooth, and room was small and basic, but clean. The only major problem is the lack of any kind of noise isolation to the corridor. You can hear every word and every step outside, including loud Americans at 6 AM.

Pros: Only a few minutes walk to the main tourist attractions of Rome. Plenty of places to eat and drink. Room was clean and tidy. Neutral: Street is quite noisy. Cons: Not much hot water storage so it runs out relatively quickly. No fan in bathroom so it gets quite stuffy. Room wasn't ready until ~1.5 hours after they said it would be, and communication to check in was effectively non existent. We had to wait until someone came out, then struggle to find it, then the cleaners had to call the owner. 'it will be ready in 10 minutes' was an hour and a half.

Check inn- i called in the morning that we are coming between 15-16. It was said no problem. When we came before before 16 oclock, nobody open doors or even answered telephone. I called many times because to wait in 27C in the sun with child it was no option. I was starting to look another hotels, but they answered when we called from another number. They said that we have to come after 2 hours. We called a few times after 2 hours before they answered telephone. They do not answer to my telephone again. They finally open doors. Room was just acceptedtable clean. It was no refrigerated or TV. It smelled not so good in shower, but after we let water run, bad smell disappeared. Cleaner cleaned room next day, but not day after. Loudly steet late in the night. Location was good. 5 min to coliseum. Only reason for staying there. I am not coming back to this place definitely.

Within a stone's throw of everything you'd want to do by the water. The bathroom was a little smelly, but if you can deal with the smell of sewage everything else was fine.

A great place to stay

An ideal location close to all main attractions. Luca was very helpful and his recommendations of where to eat and things to see were great. If you need a base that that's clean and central this is it.

Great spot, served our needs. The doors let lots of noise through from the hallways and we didnt enjoy the staff talking so loudly outside of the room as we were trying to nap after our long flight.

Bare bones

The location is great and the place is affordable. Aside from those two things, it is really a bare bones place. There wasn't much service. Aside from check-in (which has very limited hours), we never saw an employee. Our towels (which were thread bare) were never replaced, shampoo and soap are not supplied, and the shower is extremely small, like difficult to turn around in small. The room smelled slightly of cat urine. The bed felt like a camping bed. There's no TV in the room to watch after a long day.

We stayed on level 2 ,we had to drag our 25kg bags to level 2 as the lift wasn’t working.We stayed 4 days and our bed linen or towels were not changed once. The manager we saw once when we arrived by sheer luck so we couldn’t confront him about the issues. Our room also smelled of cat piss .Terrible room , service and conditions,hardly suitable for hire.

Stay if you are desperate for cheap accommodation

Cheap accommodation with bathrooms. 5 mins to coliseum. Plenty of buses to everywhere. Good and cheap food just across the street. Good water pressure in the bathroom. Check in is easy. The crew was waiting for us to ring the bell at the main door. Room was big. Soft bed. Not to our liking. Noisy and busy surrounding. Lousy sound proofing. Couldn’t sleep at night/keep waking up intermittently. Terrible toilet spaces. I’m not sure if Italian are this small. I will upload a pic for this Smurf shower.

O hotel é super bem localizado e o quarto tem um bom tamanho. Check in e check out foram super tranquilos. Ponto negativo foi o banheiro, cujo chuveiro estava bem destruído e acabava jogando agua por todos os lados, inclusive pra fora do box. O box era pequeno, mas nada fora do padrão dos hotéis na Italia.

La zona está increíble pero el hotel muy mal, las habitaciones no tienen espacio, en la regadera apenas cabe una persona delgada, la recepción apestaba a marihuana, nadie responde cuando llegas aunque avises con tiempo ni atienen nunca el whatsapp que te dejan. Al llegar nos cobraron el doble de impuestos de lo que decía el recibo. Por el costo hay hoteles mil veces mejor.

Todo bastante bien al encontrar el hospedaje, pudimos dejar las maletas antes del checkin y el caballero fue agradable. Solo mejoraría un poco la calidad de las almohadas, colocar alguna tv y también cambiar las toallas diariamente. De resto todo estuvo bien.

Centralt i rom

Hotellet ligger perfekt till i läge om man vill göra utflykter i centrala rom. Mat butiker,restauranger, apotek, allt finns på samma gata där du bor. Rummet däremot är trångt,hård madrass,lyhört,saknar vattenkokare,men rent.

Convenient location but worth a second thought

Parking was a mess in Rome. I would not stay downtown again if I had a chance to do it again. Plus, the thieves stole our backpack the first night. Stay outside of downtown and taxi to where you want to visit. It's not worth staying close to the tourist attractions.
