Very disappointed not really a hotel more of a rent a room. No resturant the elevator only holds 1 person and 1 suitcase. Plus takes for ever for it to come to 1st floor. The guy at the entrance supposedly worked there but totally ignored us while we looked for some sign of the hotel. We ended up asking someone that lived on the 2nd floor of the building. So not waste your money!

The hotel itself is very close to a lot of things, shops, dining, transportation and alot of things. The staff that assisted us were very attentive to our needs. We love the breakfast served right inside our room. The hotel was clean and we had a great stay.

Kind staff, disappointing property
Staff is kind and breakfast delivery to the room was a bonus. The property is worn and dated. Location is good if your goal is to be close to the Vatican. Several good restaurants were within walking distance of the hotel. There is a lot of construction surrounding the hotel. Most disappointing was we were not given a room with the upgrade we paid for via Hotel.com.

The staff were excellent, they are all really nice. Especially Paulo, he was very kind and helpful, he even helped us book a taxi to the airport when we couldn’t find one. Room looked just like in the photos. They serve breakfast and every morning right on the time you request. On our last day we had to leave before 8:00am, and they were kind enough to give us coffee machine and some snacks the day before. Overall, very nice place and its walkable distance from Vatican City!
