Great staff, very clean hotel and rooms. Great security. Nice that it was away from the crowds. A real benefit was having a patisserie across the street and great restaurants just around the corner. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Close to train station (15minutes), main attractions within 15-20 minutes by walk. Clean apartment. One negative point, noisy a/c and not always reliable.

The staff was very friendly and communicated well. The property is located very conveniently to main milestones of the city. The only slightly negative thing is that despite being in the third floor, it was quite noisy which means no sound proofing. The bathrooms are somewhat suffocating. Overall very good experience.

In general the room was clean and comfortable. The champagne was a pleasant surprise)). There are some things I would pay attention to. Very hard mattress on the bed and pillows. There are pluming problems in the bathroom. When taking a shower, the water did not go down the pipe, but stood in the shower stall, and then poured out onto the floor. Very noisy from the street, it is impossible to open the window. I think that the price for such a hotel is very high. 2 stars no more. It's unlikely that I would go back there again.

Place was nice,staff was great, road noise and noise from other units made it unpleasant stay. Air conditioner wouldn't control. Like i said, nice place but really noisy. Perhaps a few rugs in upstairs units would help. Nice bottle of prosecco.

Location was close to everything so no real need to take public transportation. I stayed there at the end of November and it was pretty quiet which was great! Id stay here again if travelling to Rome.
