The house is just 10 min from the Pope’s summer residence and the lake of Castel Gandolfo, 30 min from the center of Rome and 30 min to the beach.

The house features 2 master bedrooms with queen size beds, 2 spacious bathrooms with showers, 2 living room areas one with a fully equipped kitchen and 2 queen size sofa beds overlooking the swimming pool and another living area with a queen sofa bed. Right outside the house is a beautiful spacious garden with a private swimming pool, a gazebo with outdoor furniture, umbrellas, lounge chairs and a barbeque area with grill and oven.

Other amenities include A/C, heating, wi-fi, washing machine, ice maker, hair dryer, iron, iron board, high chair, crib upon request (free of charge) and plenty of parking.
