Private: large garden 4'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and flowers, pond, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 110 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.) with salt water and shutter cover. Beautiful unique villa with spectacular views of Rome
Stayed here May 2023 with a group of seven friends and family. Our hosts were so lovely to deal with and very responsive to any requests we had. The villa is wonderful inside and out, with beautifully maintained gardens and the best outdoor cooking area we’ve ever had in a villa like this. There is plenty lounging space and the kitchen is very well appointed. The billiards table is a lovely bonus feature and we enjoyed making use of it during some unexpected wet weather. The pool house (which is a short walk away over a foot bridge - wasn’t overly clear about this before arrival from the pictures) is well suited to a couple, with its own kitchen and couches etc. The pool area and view really are the stars of the show - must be seen to be believed! Plenty of things to do in surrounding area, but car is recommended. That said, there are plenty restaurant choices and supermarkets with a short walk of the villa. Would particularly recommend upstairs in Dri - great food service and more of that amazing view).
