"Nice house with plenty of bedrooms and lovely gated/fenced garden ideal for letting the dogs run free. The pool is a few minutes walk away which is not a problem and is ideal when the sun is out, plenty of seating and loungers to relax on. "Perfect for a 4 day stop over. Beautiful setting. Fun property and plenty of fans provided for the hot weather. Comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen. Ideal to drive to Meaux and take the train 36 mins into Paris. Pool was lovely and very large. A few families were there and it didn’t feel crowded at all. "On arrival we diligently followed access instructions, punched in code but door would not open. This was past midnight and the location was middle of nowhere without a soul in sight. We had 3 very tired children in tow. Phoned owner multiple times but no answer. Had no idea what to do - sleep in the car? Tried knocking on random doors no answer. Finally found a person in one of the other properties who was awake and luckily he helped us. He had the number of someone else involved in managing the...

One week in Champagne

"We were a group of friends destined for Champagne to celebrate my 70th birthday and stayed for 8 nights at David Piot’s Cottage. What a house…lots of space for 10. Three bedrooms on the second floor, two on the third and one in the rafters with its own skylight, all very spacious with private bathrooms. We played boules, billiards, sat out in its beautiful garden with a heated pool. The kitchen/dining area is huge, well equipped and a separate living room is very comfortable for reading and board games. We booked a champagne guided tour with @Groomepernay, a cooking class with Pascal Guerin, who came right to our place and rented e-bikes from Easy Ride 51, dropped off at our doorstep. And a minute away, the best pains au chocolat and croissants from Marie Maxime. Thank you David and Mia for making our stay a perfect one!"

Nice House in a nice area

"The house was nice with a large garden and off road parking. It is in a nice quiet area and has lovely views. The owners left the keys in a safe and a friend arrived to check things were ok. She also checked in a week later. The house is about an hour from Eurodisney and is ideal for touring the Champaign region and many historical sites also in easy reach. Electric car charging is about 15 km away but is about half the price of uk charging The swimming pool is at a different location in the village and was well kept and is suitable for young children. A very relaxing time was had by all. "
