"Wir waren mit 25 Personen in dem tollen Haus in Fano. Da das Haus so viele tolle Möglichkeiten zum Zeitvertreib bietet, gab es die ersten Tage kaum den Drang, es zu verlassen. Besonders schön fanden wir den Pool, die Terrasse und die Tischtennisplatte. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend und sehr wertschätzend. Auch Lirim, der Housekeeper, der täglich zum Pool Reinigen und Müll Entsorgen vorbei kommt, ist sehr freundlich und diskret. Falls jemand plant, für viele Personen zu...

"The owners were friendly and welcoming and offered great advice and help. The property was in a very good condition with stunning views from the lower veranda and pool area. We were very happy with our stay, the only thing to catch us out is that we didn’t realise there was no internal access between the upper flat and the lower flat, which resulted in us only benefiting from the downstairs area as there was only 5 of us. But overall we were very happy here."

"The little appartment is situated in 10 minute walk from the beach on one side and 10 minutes walk from the city center on the other side. The neighbours are friendly Italianes and you feel more like being at home than in holiday."

"Sehr netter Vermieter und die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich schön. Die Unterkunft selber ist leider in einigen Punkten nicht wie beschrieben. Wir haben nach einer FeWo/Ferienhaus mit Pool oder wie hier Schwimmteich gesucht. Der Teich auf dem Grundstück besteht aus einer schlammigen Brühe und hat nicht mal mehr ein Drittel der eigentlichen Füllhöhe. Es ist also nicht möglich ihn zu nutzen. Das in der Beschreibung angegebene TV existiert nicht . Die Gartenmöbel bestehen aus 3 etwas in die Jahre...

"This is an interesting hotel 2 minutes walk from Senigallia Railway Station. (100 meters). Google maps are inaccurate and will tell you that you have to cross the tunnel of SS... this is not true and I recommend tat the hotel staff contact google to sort this out. "A lovely hotel with good facilities. Room was well appointed with luggage space, bed was very comfortable, bathroom was spacious and everything worked perfectly. The property is well located for the city centre and the main sites as well as for local transport links and ancona's ferry terminal. Just one word of warning for guests arriving on foot with heavy or multiple pieces of luggage. There is quite a long and in places steep climb up to the hotel, so maybe consider a taxi, especially if walking from the train station first. "

Lovely hotel with great staff

"Amazing hotel with really friendly staff, handy location for walking into town. Parking is a bit chaotic however the hotel staff provide a great service and look after you car for you. Room was very spacious and clean with a view over the working port. Restaurant on the roof is amazing. Highly recommend. "

"This hotel is unique. Art everywhere. The building needs a little attention here and there but the Staff make the stay. Friendly, helpful and genuinely warm in their dealings with you. Food was a choice of a fish menu or a meat menu. With up to four courses different each night. (No pizza 😊) there are other restaurants nearby but you will miss the chance of lovely food. The wines are good value and from the local region. We’ve enjoyed our stay here and will look to come again"
