Close to the village and the bakery, with the train and highway close by for trips to Nice, Cannes, Monaco, and Italy. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. Menton is a lovely town, and a stay at this villa grants you (hilly) walking access to all Menton has to offer. "Would highly recommend. We had a wonderful stay at Jean - Luc’s beautiful villa. Super clean with accommodation arranged to provide privacy and space for everyone. Really well equipped for a very enjoyable stay. Lovely pool and outside area.Jean-Luc was very helpful and friendly. Easy to get to beaches and places to eat in Cagnes-sur-Mer with easy access to Nice, Monaco, Cannes and Biot from nearby train station. "

"Very clean with modern amentities and quiet. Great wifi speeds. Terriffic view. We had a car so climbing up to the property was fine, but would be a challenge without a car (although good exercise!) Nearby Beaulieu-sur-Mer has great restaurants and large supermarket. Regular train and bus service at the base of the hill. 6 minute train to Monaco."
