"Our stay at this house was absolutely lovely. The house wasn't perfect or too modern, so don't go here if you're expecting to find too much luxury in the house. "Absolutely beautiful outlook from outdoor dining area. Very well equipped kitchen with lots of utensils that are usually missing from holiday let properties. The stairs are slightly difficult for younger children to handle (eg 2 years and under). Local village of Fourcès has a great restaurant - make sure you book it was very popular. Local vineyard also great. Owner was very happy to host us and patient with our slow French."

"Tout s’est très bien passé et l’environnement est paisible et calme. Pour nous qui souhaitions assister au festival de Marciac, le lieu est un peu isolé et éloigné pour rentrer le soir. L’aménagement est minimaliste. Les chambres sont dans les combles avec velux (pas de fenêtre sur les beaux paysages). Une seule salle de bain pour 3 chambres …. Et pas de WC séparé … peu pratique quand on est 5 adultes. Pas de commerce proches même pour dépanner en produits de base. Mais les propriétaires sont...

"No air-conditioning — while this is perhaps mentioned somewhere, we did not notice when booking. We spent two nights there, with daily highs around 40 Celsius. 4m ceilings and stone walls help somewhat, but still, not very comfortable. The bathroom lacks shelving and counter space. Lastly, we booked an Armagnac tour and experience, but apparently the person who does it is not working on Tuesdays. One of the staff members opened the place for us and explained a few things, but still again: why take a reservation for something you know you cannot do. Of the nice things: The grounds are nice, we enjoyed walking through the vineyards in the mornings. The starters at the dinner were also exceptional. The staff were friendly and it felt like home. "
