Communication with owner was excellent and super helpful. I would say if you have sensitive to light sleepers, there aren’t blackout shades, and I always appreciate knowing that. "

"Ended up having to cut our stay short due to power outage due to a storm, but this is such a great spot. We hope to come back again in the future. Clean, cozy, super comfortable bed, and overall one of the best cottage rentals I've ever found. Highly recommend. Plus the care that the host as put in to minimize discomfort in the event of a power outage is really appreciated!"

"This house was so nice. It was very clean, good location with parking and everything we needed was already there. There were two full baths and a half bathroom so plenty of space for 3 couples. The kitchen was well equipped. No issues with hot water and we had AC in each room. Very happy with our stay and would return if we were back in the area."

"This is a very interesting and unique place and I’m glad we stayed here - it was perfect for seeing Phish 3 nights in a row at nearby Bethel Woods - but there are some major drawbacks renters should be aware of. One is that the parking situation is horrendous. The parking area is on a different road behind the cabin and is actually a pretty far walk over treacherous rocks, and the parking area is very small - there’s only room for 2 small cars or one big vehicle. Also, as others have said...

"one bedroom suite was very nice and spacious. The heat and hot water were great. Upstairs occupants could be heard but they were quiet after 10 pm. Access into the apt was easy. Apt needs a deep clean and dusting. The night stand in the bedroom does not reach the bed height. Only 1 tv but we moved it and it worked fine in the bedroom. The queen size bed was very comfortable. Close to supermarket, CVS, restaurants, shops and of course skiing."
