"Overall we were not estactic with our stay due to a couple of critical points that were not specified when booking. The most important to us was the lack of hot water. We have 4 people staying in this accomodation and even with short showers it didn’t last long enough for the fourth person to have a warm shower. This was extremely disheartening after a full day of freezing our butts off up on the mountains snowboarding. The second complaint was how terrible the heating was. We arrived to a cold...

"Left the car and walked everywhere . Beautiful atmosphere to sit on the veranda in the peace and quiet not looking onto anyone and yet so close to everything. Lots of windows to capture the essence of our location. Lovely to watch everyone walking or riding bikes to get around. Couldn’t recommend it anymore highly."

It does have one Safety issue though which should be addressed immediately, there is no grab rail in the bathroom whatsoever or grab bar. "Very nice place to stay. The house was very comfortable and had everything you need for a getaway. Just a little over an hour to go to Hotham for a day trip to the snows and about an hour and half to Falls creek.
