"Rob is a great host, he is very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and provided fabulous communication. The house is shared but our area was private. The house is as presented in the photos. The garden is really lovely. We were there on a cold, rainy Victorian winter weekend and were very comfortable. The house has all the amenities that we needed for our stay. It is in a very quiet location."

We were lucky enough to get early checkin & late check out which we appreciated. The location was amazing, walking distance to beach, restaurants & main attractions at Rosebud. "Lovely, neat, and clean courage, that's super cosy but still with enough space to stretch out. Kitchen has everything for simple cooking; pots and pans, plenty of crockery, some pantry staples... We went in winter, so the extra blankets Leigh provided for us were perfect! Keyless entry was a nice touch, no effort or fiddling with lock boxes. Entry app takes a little getting used to but means it's no effort to come and go and there are no keys to forget. Leigh was super responsive and...
