When you stay at our home on the river you are connected to the South Umpqua River with private access. The backyard is quietly nestled on the the South Umpqua equipped with chess tables & a firepit. The house sits on the main bike path that connects 25,000 feet from Douglas County Fairgrounds to Stewart Park.
Then for dining, shopping and night life you are less than 4 blocks from downtown. Riteaid is 1 block away. A complete historic home with 4 unique bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
