"Budget hotel stay for the night, room was clean, bed comfortable, air conditioning worked well. the room had a large accessible bathroom and a fridge . It had a good selection of snacks and drinks. It is a little dated, curtains where not blockout and you could hear noise. a little away from shopping area but easy to walk 10-15mins to the main area. pricy for New Year’s Eve- but that is expected with all city accommodation. I’m happy I used a voucher for the night and it was just to sleep."

"Was, well OK, check in wasn’t overly impressive, I forgot my wallet and there was a few blank looks over how I would pay the pay the deposit and pet cleaning fee. Bed was very firm and AC couldn’t be set under 20(I like it cold), very dusty behind TV, I had to switch it of and on at the plug to get it going. $80 pet fee I think is a little steep but at least there was a dog bed and bowl in the room."

"This was our second stay. Lovely hotel with friendly staff, very clean rooms, super comfortable bed,good amenities and Rundle street just a stones-throw away. The only not-so-great thing is the poor shower screen design - you end up with a very wet floor outside the shower cubicle that the bath mat really can't deal with. Other than that great room and hotel - would stay here again."

"Pro - excellent location re view, good size rooms Cons - terrible booking system, owner has no idea what she’s doing re booking systems. Thank goodness for the excellent cleaner who happened to be there and was able to sort rooms out for guests. Breakfast was appalling, so cleaner offered pancakes! Such a shame that owner doesn’t look after the place as it could be lovely. One cpl arrived and had no room despite having a printed confirmation!!"
