"Struttura sita in una bella posizione fronte lago molto comoda per raggiungere gli impianti a Bad Kleinkircheneim; camere nuove, pulite e spaziose. Unica pecca i dintorni dell’hotel nell’immediata vicinanza, dove non abbiamo mai trovato ristoranti aperti oltre le 20.30 e raggiungibili velocemente a piedi. Struttura consigliatissima per chi come noi vuole godersi la montagna e le giornate sugli sci per poi tornare a risposare in un luogo confortevole. "

"Overall of course perfectly located on Ossiacher See if that is where you are aiming to be. Very quit and amazing views from the terrace. The appartment however has not been upgraded since the early 80s (except the shower) and things like amenities are a mix of left-overs/spare accesories. It works but basically its done in a way to maximize rental income with minimum investment. More importantly the appartment is very damp which is largely because they probably save on cost during the winter...

I’m not sure if anything has been changed in the bedrooms since previous reviews, but we found them comfy. The kitchen is very basic and overall (as mentioned by others) the chalet is overpriced for what you get, but it’s still a beautiful stay."

I was OK, but older people will find this inconvenient. The rooms are of a good size, very clean, with veranda. Not really kid safe because of open electrical outlets that kids can get into. Plenty of free parking. "

"Der Ort ist großartig und die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist luxuriös, sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr gut gepflegt. Die Umgebung ist friedlich und die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Das intime Skigebiet ist nur 150 Meter vom Haus entfernt und die nächsten großen Skigebiete sind 15-20 Autominuten entfernt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall mehr als einmal hierher zurückkehren wollen, da wir sehr zufrieden waren!"

"We had come to Klagenfurt for a parkrun and had no idea what to expect. The hotel was currently changing brands so we dropped bags off as one chain but checked in as a different hotel chain. Although there was some teething issues with the brand change, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Plus kept it personalised but professional. Hotel was perfect location and value for money this was a great option. Totally recommend to anyone visiting klagenfurt. The roof top...

Would recommend and would stay again

"We had a lovely stay for two nights! We walked the circumference of the lake and were able to rent rowing boats from only about 50 m from the hotel to road to the island. There is a supermarket close by and plenty of restaurants. Everything is within walking distance. The hotel was very comfortable and seemed to be newly renovated. Just beware the hotel restaurant is only open until 8 pm. But the food was amazing with lots of traditional Slovenia options. Would recommend this place and would stay again. Everyone was very friendly and helpful "

"Few things not to like, but all minor. Parking price is on the expensive side for sure, we stayed during low season so breakfast, spa and few other services were limited, but it suited us as we had peace. Location is amazing, 10min walk to Bled Castle (it's a must!), few min walk to any place along the shore of the lake, nice park in front... "
