"Borgo San Pietro is in the charming Tuscan hilltop town of Agnone. We loved being in the historic district and were able to walk everywhere. The hostess, Valentina, was so helpful and always available--she even scheduled a tour in English for us at the Marinelli Bell Foundry. The views from our room were amazing! Be prepared to walk uphill on old Roman streets, some cobblestone. The local residents were all friendly and helpful, especially the Town Hall staff helping us with geneology...

The features are basic but in very good condition and clean. Navigation should be during daylight and from Bomba and Zingaro. Pennadomo is a longer drive and road conditions variable. Warm in August but cools enough at night to sleep. "

"Vincent, Anna his mother were so nice. They did have a washer but no dryer. Breakfast was great. Coffee and tea was available 24 hrs. The vies were incredible a bit of of a challenge to locate because it is next to the main residence. Loved the space very clean safe and handicappable access no issues.
