This was our 3rd time staying at Home 2 suite Hilton at this Richmond location. Every time we've had a great experience. Staff, front desk and house keeping all are wonderful and very helpful. We will be stay again on our next yearly family reunion visit To Houston.

Considering it’s the summer, the family looked forward to having some pool time. As soon as we checked in, a pool maintenance sign was placed at the pool entrance. The kids never got the opportunity for pool time during our stay. It was quite disappointing.
