"This was our third stay at this hotel, and once again it didn’t disappoint! I can honestly say that it is the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in, and the high standards are maintained throughout the hotel. "The apartment was clean but lacked any soap, shampoo, dishsoap or other cleaning products, which staff refused to provide. There is no AC and no fans are provided. The beds were of poor quality, one broke when someone lied down, however it was replaced quickly. Staff is friendly and responsive on WhatsApp, but there is no way to talk to someone on the phone, and there is no staff working in person at the hotel.
