Wonderful apartment with pool on the etruscan coast

The estate is located in the Vada countryside, along the Etruscan Coast in the province of Livorno on a plot of approx. 7 ha with olive trees and a small holm oak wood.
The apartment is furnished in Tuscan style with terracotta floors and equipped with every comfort.
The two-room apartment on the ground floor of about 45 square meters. it has an independent entrance into the living/dining room (22 sqm) with double sofa bed and kitchenette, double bedroom (16 sqm), bathroom (7 sqm) with shower and private outdoor area with garden table and chairs. The windows are equipped with mosquito nets.
Two televisions are available with Italian programs and satellite programs in foreign languages, you will also find: CD player, DVD player and free internet connection.
Air conditioning and heating.
A large swimming pool 15 meters long, 7 meters wide and 140 centimeters deep and a Jacuzzi are available for our guests, and a small pool 60 centimeters deep is also available for children.
In the large solarium, the apartment has a private space with umbrella, sunbeds and chairs.
an area with barbecue, table and chairs is available,
at guests' disposal a free common washing machine.
Bed sheets and bathroom towels for a fee on request.

Wunderschönes Anwesen
Vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Wohnung und die Anlage sind sehr gepflegt und gut eingerichtet. Auf Grund der herrlichen ruhigen Lage konnten wir uns super erholen. Fantastischer Urlaub
Gleich bei unserer Ankunft hat uns Fausto herzlich empfangen und uns die herrliche Anlage gezeigt. Das großzügige Anwesen ist ein Traum. Der Pool und Whirpool sind das I-Tüpfelchen. Auch die Tischtennisplatte haben wir rege genutzt. Für jeden unserer Ausflüge nach Pisa, Lucca und Siena hat uns Fausto ein paar Geheimtipps gegeben. Die Toskana ist einfach wundervoll. Und der der Wettergott hat uns im Oktober mit 28° und Sonnenschein ein fantastisches Urlaubswetter beschert. Fausto ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber und wir kommen gern im nächsten Jahr wieder.

Wunderschöner Urlaub- jederzeit wieder
Bei Fausto auf dem Anwesen war es wunderschön. Das Anwesen ist gepflegt und schön hergerichtet. Der Vermieter ist super nett, sehr hilfreich und immer für einen da, wenn man eine Frage hat. Die Wohnung selbst ist schön und es ist alles da was man braucht. Fausto selbst legt viel Wert auf Sauberkeit, er kontrolliert zum Beispiel auch jeden Morgen und jeden Abend die Wasserqualität des Pools. Das gibt einem ein sehr gutes Gefühl. Meine Kinder, mein Mann und ich haben uns eine Woche lang sehr wohl gefühlt und sollten wir wieder in die Toskana reisen, dann ist Faustos Anwesen mit Abstand unsere erste Wahl. Danke für alles! Esst Porchetta. :-)

Propriété agréable mais qui mériterait un petit rafraîchissement
Nous avons passé une semaine en famille avec nos 2 enfants de 9 et 15 ans chez Fausto ( qui vit sur place ). Communication parfaite, Fausto est disponible pour toute demande, conseil et recommandation. Il a très bien su nous orienter vers différents lieux à visiter, les plages, les marchés, les balades… Logement bien climatisé dans la pièce principale et la chambre. Le coin piscine est très agréable avec douche et son jacuzzi à disposition. Seuls points négatifs : - le canapé / lit qui grince énormément - les parasols / transats qui ont fait leur temps mais qui font l’affaire encore - le coin air de jeux qui a pris de l’âge également et pas souvent nettoyés je pense. ( toiles d’araignées ) - mobilier du logement assez rustique et douche qui mériterait aussi un petit rafraîchissement. Nous avons toutefois passé un agréable séjour dans la propriété de Fausto.

Überwältigender Urlaub
Aufgrund der guten Bewertungen die ich über Faustos Anlage/Ferienwohnung gelesen habe, haben wir uns auch dafür entschieden und es war noch besser als ich mir es vorgestellt habe!!! Der Pool (Faustos Herzstück) war genial und wir haben ihn ausgiebig genossen!!! Er war sehr gepflegt und die Liegen jeden Tag aufs neue ordentlich aufgestellt!!! Auch wurde jeden Tag unsere Terrasse gekehrt und wir mit Tipps für die Umgebung beraten!!! Alle waren sehr freundlich und wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt!!! Einmal organisierte Fausto sogar an einem Sonntag Abend bei einer Pizzeria für uns einen Platz, obwohl das dort zu dieser Zeit kaum möglich ist (wir wurden mit tollem Essen und einem Hammer Sonnenuntergang direkt am Strand/Meer beglückt)!!! Wir können die Unterkunft auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen!!!

Traumhaftes Anwesen
Wir verbrachten eine wundervolle Woche bei Fausto und Liliana. Im Appartement war alles da was man brauchte um eine entspannte Woche dort zu verbringen. Der Pool war traumhaft, auch der Whirlpool war toll. Der Gastgeber Fausto wohnt ebenfalls auf dem Anwesen- er versorgte uns mit vielen interessanten Informationen und nützlichen Tipps bzgl Sehenswürdigkeiten, Strand, Einkaufen usw. Rundherum eine entspannte und gelungene Woche für uns um die Toskana kennenzulernen. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen - wir kommen gerne wieder. Preis Leistung absolut ok. Schönes Anwesen und herzliche Gastgeber!
Wir haben eine Woche in der Unterkunft verbracht und haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Abseits des Touristentrubel kann man hier die Ruhe genießen und dank dem Pool inklusive Whirlpool auch mal einen ganzen Tag verbringen. Der Gastgeber Fausto und seine Freundin, stellen sicher, dass es einem während des Aufenthalts an nichts fehlt, sind immer ansprechbar und geben wertvolle Tipps zu Ausflugszielen und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr groß. Sie läd zum spazieren gehen ein und man kann immer etwas neues entdecken. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich und so wie beschrieben. Der Pool und vor allem der Whirlpool sind toll und sind sehr gepflegt. Fausto steht einem immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Egal ob für ein neues Gespräch oder Empfehlungen für Ausflüge oder Restaurants . Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Besser geht nicht
Ein toller Urlaub in einer wunderschönen Umgebung. Das Objekt ist herrlich gelegen und lädt zum Verweilen am Pool inkl. Whirlpool ein. Es gibt auch tolle Strände in der Umgebung. Das beste aber ist Fausto der Vermieter. Soviel Herzlichkeit, Aufmerksamkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft haben wir in einer Ferienwohnung noch nie erlebt. Seine Tipps sind einfach genial und das Essen bei seinen Eltern im Hotel Quisisana ist genial. Jederzeit wieder. Können wir uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. 5 Sterne eher 10 wenn es das geben würde.

Super Urlaub
Das Anwesen ist sehr schön und sauber und liegt in einer schönen Umgebung und ist ruhig. Der Check-in mit dem Vermieter war total flexibel, wurden herzlich empfangen und ausführlich informiert. Die Vermieter sind super nett, kümmern sich fürsorglich um alles und sind immer ansprechbar. Pool ist sehr sauber und wird täglich gereinigt und gepflegt. Jeder hat seinen Bereich mit Liegen und Sonnenschirm und täglich werden die Liegen mit viel Liebe wieder ordentlich ausgerichtet. Die Wohnungen sind sehr schön eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Wir hatten dort 2 wunderschöne Wochen. Wir kommen wieder.

Fantastisch
Der Urlaub war fantastisch. Die Wohnung ist wunderbar. Sauber und gepflegt. Super freundliche Vermieter und eine herrlich ruhige Lage inmitten der Toscana. Die kleine Wohnanlage liegt perfekt für Ausglüge oder einfach um zu faulenzen. Die tollen Strände liegen nur 15 Minuten entfernt. Wir sind begeistert und kommen sicher wieder.

Ruhige und erholsame Ferien
Wir waren für 7 Tage (2 Erwachsene 2 Kinder ) in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Gerade für Kinder ist es auf dem Hof optimal die Kinder können toben und spielen wie sie wollen da keine Straße ind der Nähe ist .Die Zimmer waren sauber der Pool und Whirlpool wurde täglich gereinigt. Jeden Morgen wurde um das Haus geputzt. Alles in allem ein wunderschöner und erholsamer Urlaub.
