Wonderful 94 sqm apartment with pool in the country side,only 3km from the beach

The apartment is located at the ground floor in a country house in Vada, in a completely fenced 7-hectare estate with olive trees and a small oak forest on the Etruscan Coast in the province of Livorno.
The apartment is in typical Tuscan style and equipped with every comfort, it has a private outdoor area with garden table and chairs, the windows are equipped with mosquito nets.
Two televisions are available with Italian programs and satellite programs in foreign languages, you will also find: CD player, DVD player and free Internet connection.
Air conditioning and heating.
A large swimming pool 15 meters long, 7 meters wide and 140 centimeters deep and a Jacuzzi are available for our guests, and a small pool 60 centimeters deep is also available for children.
In the large solarium, the apartment has a private space with umbrella, sunbeds and chairs,
an area with barbecue, table and chairs is available,
it is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday, five minutes from the sea on the Tuscan coast, a few km from the villages of Castagneto Carducci and Bolgheri, from the art cities of Volterra, San Gimignano, Pisa, Lucca, Siena and Florence.
At guests' disposal a free common washing machine.

Emplacement très calme
Un très bel accueil de notre hôte, qui était toujours disponible. La piscine est superbe, le lieu très calme. Les plages ne sont pas loin en voiture. Quelques kilometres. Seul bémol, beaucoup de moustiques le matin et le soir, même au mois d août qui est pourtant très sec. Cela est très gênant pour manger dehors le soir par exemple.

Toskana "Aktiv"
Wir durften eine Woche die wunderbare Residence nutzen. Alles was es zu einem erholsamen und aktiven Urlaub braucht, war vorhanden. Die Anlage ist liebevoll gepflegt und die Wohnung bietet sehr viel Platz und hat eine große Terrasse mit Privatsphäre. Die Residence ist ebenfalls ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren zum Meer oder in die nähere Umgebung. Fausto gab sehr tolle Empfehlungen. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

Comme à la maison !
Si vous chercher à découvrir la Toscane et séjourner dans un lieu atypique, spacieux, confortable et calme, avec un espace extérieur incroyable (de part sa taille et ses aménagements) et si la qualité de l'accueil est important pour vous, alors n'hésitez pas ! Réservez ce logement. Fausto, le maître des lieux saura vous accueillir. Une très belle découverte pour toute la famille... Le logement était très spacieux, bien équipé aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Bref, un sans faute.

Toskanaurlaub mit Einschränkungen
Wir waren die erste Oktoberwoche 2022 im Casa La Macchia bei Fausto zu Gast. Wir hatten 1 Woche tolles Wetter, 23-25 und Sonne. Wir haben in Wohnung 1, ~90qm EG, Terrasse nach Osten gewohnt. Die Wohnung war schön, geräumig, sauber und wertig eingerichtet. Die Betten waren gut. In der Küche war allerhand Ausstattung. Pfeffer, Salz etc. ist nicht vorhanden. Fausto ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber und wohnt mit seiner Frau im Nebengebäude. Beide sind sehr hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Was sollte man wissen, bevor man bucht: - Auf der Anlage gibt es extrem viele Mücken. Wenn wir auf der Anlage waren, waren wir ausschliesslich im Haus, leider nie auf der schönen Terrasse und nur kurz am Pool. Die Wohnung hatte zwar gute Mückengitter, aber wir waren nach einem Tag schon zerstochen. Sobald man das Haus verlässt, juckt es am Bein bei kurzen Hosen. - Die Lage ist zentral in der Toskana, die großen Highlights liegen aber immer etwas Fahrzeit entfernt. Vada Zentrum ist nicht wirklich angenehm fußläufig zu erreichen. - Einen schönen Strand konnten wir bei 3 Versuchen in der Umgebung nicht ausmachen. Evtl. lag es an der Nachssaison. Es lag überall viel Holz und Steine am Strand, Badeschuhe empfohlen. Der Spiagge Bianche im Norden scheint chemisch belastet. Kann man googeln. Warum ein Stern Abzug: - Im Eltern-Schlafzimmer gibt es eine Feuerstelle, zum Teil aus Holz. Dieses Holz ist scheinbar stark behandelt worden und es hatte starke Ausdünstungen. In der ersten Nacht bin ich mit starken Kopfschmerzen aufgewacht. Dann wurde das Holz mit Folie abgeklebt um Ausdünstungen zu reduzieren. Dazu 24/7 Dauerlüften den Rest des Urlaubs. Das ist absolut NICHT OK und sollte SCHNELLSTENS behoben werden. Ich kann KEINEM empfehlen, diese Wohnung zu mieten. Ob es in anderen Wohnungen ähnlich ist, kann ich nicht sagen. - Mücken (s.o.) Trotz allem war es ein schöner Urlaub, mit Einschränkungen.

sehr entspannter Urlaub
Fausto war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der Garten ist liebvoll angelegt und gepflegt. Abends konnte man super grillen. Das Meer (Sandstrand) ist mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Diese Anlage können wir wärmstens empfehlen.

Traumhaft, rundum perfekter Familienurlaub
Wir hatten einen traumhaften Familienurlaub in der Toskana. Eine ganz tolle Anlage, die super sauber und gepflegt ist. Die FeWo liegt in einer ruhigen Lage. Die Poolanlage ist wunderschön, jede Ferienwohung hatte seinen zugehörigen Platz am Pool, unsere Kinder (9 und 6) haben es geliebt. Für uns war alles rundum perfekt und können nur Mille Grazie sagen, Fausto ist ein ganz toller Vermieter! Wir kommen gerne wieder, viele liebe Grüße, Familie Ge.

Sehr schönes Anwesen
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub dort. Faust (der Besitzer) ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber. Er ist sehr dezent und hilft und unterstützt wo er kann. Er hat für uns öfter telefonisch einen Tisch zum Abendessen reserviert und stand uns auch sonst mit guten Tipps zur Seite. Falls sich jemand darüber Gedanken machen sollte, dass der Besitzer mit auf dem Grundstück wohnt, kann ich sagen, dass das in dem Fall wirklich unbegründet ist. Der Pool ist toll und wird von Fausto sehr gründlich gepflegt und gereinigt. In der Nähe sind einige schöne Strände zu finden. Für uns als Familie war das ein sehr schöner und gelungener Urlaub.

Eine schöne Woche in der Toskana - Gastfreundlichkeit wie ich sie mag!
Am ersten Tag nach der Fahrt durch die Allee und der Begrüßung durch Fausto wussten wir, dass es eine tolle Woche wird, und wir haben uns nicht getäuscht. Eine große individuelle Wohnung mit allen Einrichtungsgegenständen und viel Charme und eigene Terrasse vor der Wohnung, die anderen Terrassen an jeweils anderen Seiten des Hauses. Der gepflegt Pool mit ausreichend Stühlen und Liegen, die Umgebung und vor allem die Gastfreundlichkeit von Fausto sind wunderbar. Wir haben super Tipps zu schönen Stränden und guten Restaurants erhalten. Auch bei der Reservierung hat Fausto uns unterstützt. Vielen Dank an Fausto und seine Frau

Einfach wunderschön
Ein traumhaftes, sehr gepflegtes Anwesen im toskanischen Stil. Ruhig gelegen. Der Pool lädt zum Faulenzen ein und für die Kinder ist’s perfekt. Die Wohnung war sehr großzügig & mit allem ausgestattet, was man für eine Auszeit benötigt. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es traumhafte Strände. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schöne Appartements in Top-Anwesen mit einem sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Vermieter
Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) haben im August/September 2018 zwei tolle Wochen in dem Domizil verbracht. Zur Umgebung braucht man nix sagen - wer die Toskana mag ist hier richtig. Das Anwesen ist sehr schön mit riesigem Garten und einem sehr schönen Pool. Haus und Appartements sind ebenfalls sehr schön. Kleiner Wermutstropfen ist die fehlende Spülmaschine.

Toller Urlaub
Tolle Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht und vor allem sehr geräumig. Viel Platz für die Kinder im Garten zum spielen, ein sehr schöner Pool und eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden mit Sicherheit noch einmal wieder kommen. Vielen Dank lieber Fausto für deine nette Gastfreundschaft, wir waren ganz begeistert von diesem Urlaub.
