"We spent a week at this property in early December, 2024. The hosts go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and feel welcome in their home. The property is in the country with donkeys, chickens, peacock, and goats. Daily breakfast was wonderful. "It is a guesthouse so facilities will be shared with others staying at the location. Not the fanciest of places but it’s cheap and the area is fairly convenient to Paris center about 25 minutes. "Booked in advance for this stay during a visit to watch the Olympics. Arrived at the hotel 6pm on a Saturday evening, the opening weekend of Olympics. We had been travelling for over 16 hours with some travel delays. Greeted by host eventually who appeared from behind a tall secure closed gate to be told there were no rooms. Host shrugged and pretended not to understand that we may not be able to find somewhere else due to Olympic event. Host implied she wasn’t even aware the Olympics...

"I never actually got to stay there, granted I didn't see the small print that said I had to ring 24 hours before but when I got to the Apartment block and rang the number provided the person only spoke French and then the call was ended. Attempts were made to ring back but it went to voice mail. In the end I had to book in a Budget Hotel for three nights which was more then adequate"

"The property was amazing. It was so clean and tidy. The property was well secured with Digital locks for the room and the main gate and changing those combinations after every guests check out The host was responsive at all the queries at all times! The only issue is with limited transportation! There is a bus stop right next to the property but the bus timings are only half an hour once during day times and 1 hour once during the night! Apart from that there is a Metro station which is 1.2kms...
