"I was unexpectedly ungraded upon check-in to a beautiful suite, with stunning finishings and huge spa bath. What a delightful start to my two night stay! Staff were exceptional and i cannot fault the property at all. Hope to return one day. Thank you!"

"The team at Mineral Springs Hotel made or wedding anniversary wonderful. The room & facilities were nice, especially considering the original character of the building was maintained, however the treatment we received was magnificent. We were welcomed and cared for as if we were royalty, and the food was exceptional. We had a lovely dinner in the Argus Restaurant in which the Chef prepared a very tasty & generous meal, but it was the timely attention received by the staff that made the meal...
