Lovely location and very peaceful, Very attentive staff nothing felt too much trouble, Parking could maybe be better and would possibly put us off visiting in the summer months when i would imagine it must be very busy. Stayed In room 11 - room was clean, beautiful and spacious. The bed was super comfy. breakfast was lovely and very good value for money . Personally didn’t use the restaurant other than for breakfast as it seemed pricey. Not much around the area other than the beautiful walks and scenery. Other activities just a couple of minutes away in the car but if you’re looking for a peaceful stay with plenty of walks it’s a perfect off grid break . There is a canoe hire on site also
