"Great Location, Great little house. Unfortunately at the time of our visit we had significant rain and the tiled floors are extremely shiny and slippery, as are the tiles in the bathroom and shower. An awning over the front door would be beneficial as well."

"The unit is clean, the views match what is promised, and the unit is well situated in the heart of Yeppoon, an easy walk to the beach and the shops. The only minor downside is that people with mobility issues might find accessing the beach/shops on foot more of a challenge, but would be able to access the flat itself from the car park without any issues."

Access card wouldn't open the terrace gate either. Checked with reception the next day and was told "oh yeah, other people have said that too". Thats not good customer service. "Incredible last minute find in the middle of holiday season. Great base camp for access to Yeppoon, national parks, Great Keppel etc. I stay in many places for work and for leisure. This is the best value accomodation I have encountered. Comfortable, spacious, convenient, clean, helpful, modern and location, location. Fully self contained ground level units in a very neat landscaped setting. The only concern was thinking someone had left a zero off the amount charged and might want payment. There was no mistake, it is a legitimate gem that I cannot recommend highly enough."

"The property was lovely. The view was good on the north facing room but would have been better south facing. The pool is heated and very clean. Great for a night or 2. Small TV and not able to connect to the smart functions but that was ok too. Great staff and they remember your name which was a fantastic thing as a guest to hear. Would recommend a stay thereeven with the walk up the hill."
