I went for work nearby, but have stayed here twice now, and have sung its praises so much, that other staff members have also started to stay there now.

The “hotel” is attached to a training centre, so was difficulty to find as could not see signs for Am Kai Hotel. I finally found the entrance and was given my keys to the room. The rooms are amazing, lovely size, very clean and the best shower I’ve ever had, breakfast the following morning as varied from normal European breakfast but also a full English fried breakfast, which was constantly refilled. Plenty of juices and coffee to drink. There are not places nearby for food/drinks nearby, but I bought items from the train station to eat so no problem for me. I will definitely use the hotel again as it was within walking distance for the local train station (Rostock Marienehe) and the place I was visiting.

This is not an hotel! It is a dormitory in a school for seamanship. It’s a 20€ taxi to the town. And 20€ back. Beds are dormitory level. One soap container in bathroom - take a handful to the shower and make it last. It is very clean, breakfast options are quite good. Expedia should be clear this is choice only if you have a car.

Das Hotel liegt in einem Industriegebiet, Ich war auf einem Konzert, der Weg ins Hotel um circa 23:00 Uhr war unheimlich, Ein Frühstück nehmen Empfehle ich außerhalb des Hauses.

Zimmer sauber und völlig ausreichend, Frühstück war übersichtlich aber mit Rührei, bacon und Würstchen und allem anderen wurde man gut satt. Nur wenige Minuten zur S- Bahn, also perfekt für ein Wochenende.

Für eine Nacht super machbar. Gegenüber liegt ein Holzdepot. Hier wurden leider Nachts Räumarbeiten mit Bagger durchgeführt…Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etwas entfernt. Eher mit dem Charme einer Jugendherberge.

Mitten in einer Industriebrache. Ab 19 Uhr ist der Lift ausser Betrieb und man erreicht die Zimmer die im 3.Stock liegen nur noch über die Treppe.

Das Zimmer ist sehr gut und neu eingerichtet. Auf dem Flur kann man sich auch einen Kaffee kochen. Beim Frühstück war alles vorrätig. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Alles bestens. Bei Ankunft war kein Personal vor Ort. Das war der einzigste Negativpunkt.

Für unsere Zwecke hat das Hotel gepasst. Ein Hinweis wo der Schlüsselsafe ist, wäre in der E-Mail oder vor Ort angebracht, da es kaum eine Beleuchtung im Eingangsbereich gab. Auch die Frühstückszeit von 9-10 ist nicht so perfekt. Früher wäre besser. Gut war, dass es ein Kühlschrankfach pro Zimmer gab und Getränke (Kaffee, Tee) standen auch zur Verfügung. 4 Sterne
