Fantastic premium holiday home Royal Ocean with sauna and whirlpool

Our beautiful holiday home is in a quiet, yet central location in the Hanseatic city of Rostock near the banks of the Warnow.

The entire furnishings of the holiday apartment are luxurious and offer all amenities.

11 beds are spread over 4 bedrooms with box spring beds and smart TVs on 3 floors. The cozy XXL living area in the living room also invites you to linger in front of the 75" television, where you can play with the X-Box even in rainy weather.

You can experience moments of well-being in the infrared sauna or in front of the fireplace.

2 bathrooms with walk-in showers or corner bathtubs are available to our guests. There is another highlight on the north terrace behind the house. A heated outdoor hot tub, outdoor fireplace and a double sun lounger are provided for you to relax.

The house also has a baby bed and a high chair as well as a rocking horse for our little guests.

The covered south-facing terrace is furnished with 2 outdoor sofas and a large dining table.

Our fully equipped open kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, toaster, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and much more. offers you everything you need to prepare for a great breakfast or dinner. At the large extendable dining table you can sit on high-quality seating.

Would you like to use the outdoor whirlpool?
Please let us know at least 3 days before arrival so that we can prepare and heat it for you.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee use for short-term bookings.

Park for free directly at the Royal Ocean holiday home in our parking lot behind the house. Additional free parking spaces are just 50m away on the main street.

The WiFi is free for you in the accommodation.
Games and books for adults can be used free of charge.
Rest time between 8:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. must be observed.

Other important information
Bed linen and towels are not included. Linen packages can be booked for 22 per person. We will be happy to prepare everything for you so that you have a nice time when you arrive.
