Cozy Cottage is perfect for an extended stay or a quick getaway. Two pets stay FREE with approval. The 400 sq. foot cottage is situated behind the main home, a privacy fence separates the two. Cottage has alley access & private parking. A queen size bed, living area with a loveseat, smart tv with Roku, high speed internet, kitchen has full size refrigerator, apartment size gas stove, stackable washer/dryer and bathroom has spacious shower. Small fully fenced yard for you and your pet to enjoy.

Special pricing for extended stays.

Please clean up after yourself & pet, any guest/pet damage will incur additional fees.

Clean out refrigerator of any food and perishables and throw trash in alleyway dumpster.
