"We had a wonderful stay at the Rafkos mansion. Stelios the owner took us wherever we needed to go and we had delicious meals at one of the local restaurants. It would be wise to have a car because it’s in a village about 30mins. from Heraklion. Stelios is the definition of Greek hospitality! "

"I have been renting vacation properties for over 20 years. This was by far the best in all categories. "Tris Ekklisies is a small quiet village with several Tavernas, a small supermarket and sveral nice beaches. There is also possibility to explore the mountains with vultures and many other birds. However, in August it is certainly too hot to do long walkings, a good thing for spring and autum. "My family and I enjoyed a lovely week at this beautiful, brand-new villa, which features a spectacular view of Zeus mountain and the checkered olive groves and vineyards surrounding it. There are lovely walks along country lanes, and a village with a supermarket, two trendy cafes, and a butcher’s shop just 5 minutes’ walk away. Beautiful beaches are just 15-20 minutes’ drive away, along with all the shops and restaurants of Heraklion. Yannis and his wife are very friendly and responsive hosts....

"Great appartement and the owner is very nice. Although he speaks only a little English, he is very willing to provide support. We chose the location as a starting point after our arrival at Creta to make some trips at the east side of the island. For that purpose the location is perfect. If you are looking for entertainment in the direct surroundings we would recommend to choose a appartement closer to the Coast."
