"Lovely little place, very friendly and extremely helpful staff, mostly Spanish custom, I think I only spoke to one other British visitor in the whole fortnight! "This villa is huge with 4 double bedrooms (one en-suite) and a large living area. There is a lovely pool outside with 4 sunbeds.We also used the bbq area which is very well equipped and has an adjacent sink. There are lots of terraces for sitting and sunbathing but also shade available too. The villa is in a residential area and there isn’t much in walking distance so you do need a car( does say this in description and we hired a car for the whole stay). Valencia is about 30 mins drive away....

"The Villa was very nice and had everything you would need. The outside space was amazing, The pool Is lovely and clean and was bigger enough for our 3 kids to enjoy. The views are spectacular with the surrounding areas very peaceful. Just right to enjoy a relaxing holiday. Family holiday late October 2024

"We had a wonderful family holiday at Finca Craig. One week towards the end of October 2024. 6 adults and children aged 7 and 4 years old and an infant 5 months. The house has great accommodation with a very well equipped kitchen. With the mixed ages having 2 bedrooms downstairs and 3 upstairs was ideal. Also a good sized heated swimming pool was perfect in the changeable weather. Lovely views over the village of Rotova to the hills. Short walk to the village which was very friendly but not touristy. Nearest town, Gandia, has a fantastic beach with free parking nearby. Many thanks to Menno and David who welcomed us on arrival, dealt with any queries very promptly and were excellent hosts. Fab villa

"This villa is huge with 4 double bedrooms (one en-suite) and a large living area. There is a lovely pool outside with 4 sunbeds.We also used the bbq area which is very well equipped and has an adjacent sink. There are lots of terraces for sitting and sunbathing but also shade available too. The villa is in a residential area and there isn’t much in walking distance so you do need a car( does say this in description and we hired a car for the whole stay). Valencia is about 30 mins drive away. Alginet has a Mercadona supermarket about 10 mins drive away which had everything we needed. There is lots to do in the area and some of our party played golf a few times. We visited Oceanographic, Valencia Old Town, El Palmar and Albufera National Park and Peniscola. We had a great 2 weeks here."

Misleading and deceiptful advertising

"Parking is 100m and uphill !! All steps! Owner nearly an hour late to meet at property. Opposite to what is says about meeting on arrival ! and about being open 11am to 9pm. Wifi for access code did not work. You have to have an APP to get room code. So ridiculous and complicated!! just to open a door!! You are expected to be on the internet all the time for their updates ! It is no good expecting mail to be read whilst you are en route? and especially after having arrived. Too obsessed with technology!! Room like a shoebox. Toilet in bed room. No privacy . Owner discovered to enter room when we are not in!! Check the cancellation policy as is misleading. No integrity. Room was clean but It is like sleeping in a garage. Concrete floor! No idea where pool is in the advertising ! Bare minimum services to get maximum money. How they get"exceptional" reviews is quite bizarre ? and makes you wonder if genuine."
