"Das Personal (Rezeption) war sehr unfreundlich. Es war nicht genug Platz beim Frühstück und man sollte doch auf der Terrasse frühstücken, mach wir gerne, wenn die Temperaturen mitspielen. Zum Frühstück selber, lauwarmer abgestandener Kaffee, Aufbackbrötchen gingen garnicht. Ein Hotel, das auch noch auf sein Fitnessstudio hinweist, sollte auch ein Frühstück in diese Richtung anbieten . "The staff are lovely and the location is great The rooms are dated and need refurbishment. The bed was uncomfortable and the king size bed was covered with two small sheets rather than one big one. The sink had a big crack in it. I wouldn’t have sold that room with that sink. There’s a lot of noise from restaurant patrons leaving and the people in the rooms above made a lot of noise at 2am. The restaurant is amazing and made up for the room. However, breakfast on the weekend is from 8am...

"This hotel is located in a very nice forest area. However the building is fully outdated. Restaurant is closed. Breakfast is limited. Stairs to go to your room are risky. I was on the 2nd floor. If you want to walk, bring your own food, skip breakfast and have peace then this place might be for you."

"Modern room with almost all of the amenities you would expect -- refrigerator, TV, kettle -- but there is no AC so be aware. The bathroom was roomy, with a tub/shower (but watch your step getting in). For me this was a convenient location to walk through the old parts of the city and it's narrow, cobblestone roads."

"Brilliant hotel. It's the second time I have stayed there. Always a pleasure! The breakfast was amazing! Great mini bar. I did not have time to try the pool in the end, as I went to Vita Sol. Next time! The first receptionist was lovely, very welcoming. The second one was not so good, but all in all 10 out of 10. The hotel could do with a slight revamp as it's showing its age, worn carpets etc. But still a great hotel Great view from the balcony. Near to the Kurpark & Vita Sol. Pretty amazing really. The staff all work hard Can't wait to go again!"

"The receptionist, Yvonne, was the best I have ever encountered. She was bending over backwards to help, and as I witnessed, not just to me and my disabled wife, but to every guest who came in. This superb help made our stay at the hotel very enjoyable. In addition, the breakfast was also very good with a wonderful variety of options."
