Situated in a quiet and safe cul-de-sac just off the main Fenton St, 5 mins drive to Rotorua CBD, Shopping Centers, Polynesian Spa, Te Puia Maori Village, Mountain bikes park and all town center amenities.
“Sunrise Lodge” is a single level property with open plan communal areas, a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of cupboard and bench space flowing seamlessly into a good sized dining area, a big lounge with smart TV, board games and books for indoor entertainment, and especially a hockey table as a bonus.
Equipped a single garage for bike/motorbike parking, the exterior has plenty of space for parking. The property is fully fenced with tidy garden around the house. Keep the gates closed and safe, there is also no chance of the younger guests escaping. The BBQ facility and well-mowed lawn allow you to enjoy a whole funny day with your family and friends.

Great location, but poor accommodation conditions
The house is older, some items in the kitchen are worn out, the floor is unclean, the bathroom has not replenished body soap and shampoo, and the owner has to be notified before they come to replace and replenish supplies. In addition, the iron gate lock is malfunctioning.

Needs more cups, needs queen-sized blankets. The duvets were too hot and the blankets were useless. Also, make sure you clear out the shower trap. Also needs cotton sheets. Otherwise, very good!

A modest home in the suburb of Rotorua. The bedroom with the 2 single beds is at the other end of the house and through the garage. Parts of the house have been renovated other parts are from the 1970s

Amazing Family House
We loved our stay at this property and would definitely go back again to stay next year. It was perfect for our family and was well set out with everything we needed. Only small improvement would be salt and pepper provided and a top up of cleaning products as there was nothing to clean with for everyday use but we got these things ( and left them at the property) but was no big drama. Great for kids and well set out for them. Highly recommend staying at this property.

Location of home is very convenient to town centre. With six family members was essential to have two bathrooms. Appliances, etc all worked well. All in all......a very good home for us. ps: Please another mirror or two in the bedrooms !!

Easy, handy location. Wifi and therefore Netflix does not work so the kids struggled with the rainy days. Tapware needs a clean because its a bit musty on the bathrooms and a stay longer than 2 nights would be hard without a pantry.

The information listed not accurate: quiet area (peoples around the house not that quiet playing music in the night- i have to call noise control) Ac/ heat pump not working since longtime Milk and tea provided in the arival- no milk just a very littlle cheap coffee powder and bit of sugar left. Communicate with owner is not good: Pls remember business owner (lady)not willing to discuss any negotiations, we initially booked for 6 and later on need to adjust it for 5 people. I informed it before 1 day arriving but she said "last minute cant do anything" hahaha its not "last minute" and I didnt ask to cancel anything. She didnt give a refund for 1 person. But Innoticed by reading previous review she charge extra straightaway if someone brings extra peoples. Good things : Its a clean place (bathrooms fair) Parking space ok for two vehicles

Clean and quiet place to stay.
Great stay. We had two families that stayed (7 of us)and it worked perfectly for us, lots of room, little bit of a quirky layout but it works. It was clean which is a big thing for me. Nicely stocked kitchen for doing your own cooking. It seemed central to everything we did or at least fairly close which was perfect. I would definitely stay again if we are ever make it back.
