Seemed to be things for kids to do, close to the tree walk. Good: quiet, full on stuff to make meals, you could park right by room (like a motel). Not as good: just a bit old. But it was fine"

"We enjoyed our stay. Manager is really helpful and friendly. Hot pools are awesome. However few things could be better like tv had internet but was not working. Utensils were not properly clean we didnt mind re washing them. Cooking top had some oil spill from last visitor may be which created odour in the room. One of the cupboard in the kitchen was broken. "Finding the Cleveland motel was a gem! The staff were lovely and welcoming. The lady at the front desk was delightful and so informative. We always felt safe. There were trampolines and swings for the children. Unfortunately the thermal pools weren’t working however they provided meal vouchers and swim vouchers to make up for it. The room and fridge was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed for 2 nights. Two decent sized bedrooms. You need a car to stay here as it’s not walking...

Facilities were nice both inside and surrounding (alpacas, sheep, playground). -ves: One tiny bottle of shampoo and body wash not enough for a family. 5th person only has a bed sheet for the sofa bed so need to ask for a blanket and top sheet. No pillow available even though you pay extra for 5th person. Reception not really pro-active or helpful. Ideal for young families (2 kids) or groups...

The noise of the pipes when other flats had a shower were loud. Was tough on night one when the room above had a 1am shower. The next night was quiet and got a good sleep but would have been tough to get good sleep if we'd stayed more than a couple of nights "
