"Beautiful property within walking distance to the beach as advertised. Has everything you need. Ceiling fan in bedroom and stand up fan in living room were fab as we had to request air con. We were in Oz during 30 degree summer heat and as the air con was controlled by the owner in the main house, we were unable to keep it on, or adjust temperature and power levels. Would be absolutely perfect otherwise. "

"The apartment is still in walking distance to the train station and there a a lot of shops and eateries near the Subiaco station. The unit is located at the 4th level, so you might want to pack light. The stairs are still manageable and there is a friendly resident black cat that will accompany you as you go up. It's quite a spacious unit, clean, everything is working and have all the utensils you'll need to feel just like home. You can use the water filter jug to filter out the chlorine smell...

Our client expected to watch Big bang theory, we couldn't set up our Netflix, the TV had only dtv. The apartment is close to a variety of shops and facilities to visit "

The furnishings are of very low standard and chipped and shabby. The kitchen utensils barely adequate (knife set, utensils, crockery, no cutting board, etc. Cupboards and shelving internally were badly stained and not lined. "Nice and clean place, and walking distance to the local shops and a few cafes/restaurants. The place was clean and had everything we needed for a small family. The location was super close to catch public transport and easy to catch to the city."
