Very clean (see reviews); 3 bedroom Gite annex surrounded by extensive garden (4000 sq m) located in quiet countryside village. Indoor kitchenette & outdoor summer Kitchen with Barbecue. Wheel Chair access with Ground floor Bathroom & Bedroom. Large (12x6m) private & secluded solar heated Swimming pool (Salt Electrolysis) 1, 85m (6ft) deep plunge section and shallower 1,1m (3ft ) play area. Hard court area for Petanque; Badminton etc. Also we have swings as well as bikes of various sizes including for the mini kids . Very close to the foothills for walks and rambles and 30 minutes drive to the the beautiful Pyrenees Mountains. Local historic towns and markets within a short driving distance. (including Spain). Equal distance from both the Mediterranean and Atlantic coasts, reached in just over 2 hrs drive.

Fantastic
Beautiful, clean and nice Gite. The pool was fabulous and because of the good weather it was heated up to 29 degrees, the childeren loved it. Area is quiet a bakery at walking distance, for all others trips you have to drive at least 30 mins. But its worth it. The hosts are very friendly and have a lot of do's and don'ts. They know the area very well and are very helpfull. Overall we had a fantastic time!

Very beautifull and clean house
Andrew and Babeth, we want to thank you for a super holiday. When we arrived we've got a whole tour of the house, poolhouse and the swimming pool, the owners also gave tips about the nearby towns, of markets that we could visit. The house is very modern and clean, also very cool when its hot outside. The pool area is secured so that little kids cant enter the pool area, the poolhouse, is very clean with a shower and toilet, when youre are swimming, you dont have to cross the whole house to go to the toilet A very big and well maintained garden. A shop was not so far (8km) Big thank you for the hospitality and maybe we will see each other again. Greetings Jurgen, Debra and the kids

Un temps de repos
Merci à Andy et Babeth pour nous avoir accueilli dans leur petit coin de paradis, une excellente semaine à Rouède. Nous avons apprécié la piscine par ces T° plus qu'estival. La cuisine extérieure est top, plus fonctionnelle que celle à l'intérieur. En effet, la cuisine intérieure avec sa plaque électrique 2 feux et le frigo sont petits pour ce grand gîte 8 personnes. On s'est tout de même adapté... En tout cas, tout le confort est au rendez-vous, hormis un petit lave vaisselle qui serait le bienvenu ainsi qu’ un vrai four pour faire cuire pizzas ou quiches, car le micro-ondes/four du gîte est trop petit pour cela. Les propriétaires sont très gentils, accueillants et de bons conseils pour les randonnées, villages, restaurants et produits locaux à ne pas manquer. On insistera sur leur discretion fort agréable bien que le gîte soit mitoyen avec leur logement. On rajoutera également leur disponibilité pour répondre à nos questions ou demandes. Le gîte était d'une propreté irreprochable et la propriété de même. A la piscine, le petit patio détente avec ses transats, hamac et salon extérieur ainsi que l'espace sanitaire, douche et wc sont parfait et agréables, agencés avec beaucoup de goût. D'ailleurs il s'agit certainement de la deuxième salle de bain dont parle l'annonce. Il faudrait preciser justement que celle-ci ne se trouve pas dans le logement mais près du patio de la piscine. On recommande les yeux fermés.Sabrina et Olivier

Logement pratique, spacieux et très propre. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au calme en famille. Si vous aimez le calme et la tranquilité,cette location est faite pour vous !! La maison est grande, très propre et l'environnement est très bien entretenu. La piscine est grande et il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour s'occuper dehors ( table de ping pong, panier de basket...). Les propriétaires sont très gentils et toujours prêts à nous donner des idées de sorties ou de balades. Je recommande vraiment cette location.

Maison agréable, au calme.
Nous n’avons pas pour habitude de commenter nos locations mais cette maison vaut vraiment de s’y arrêter. Elle est très bien entretenue, propre et spacieuse. La grande piscine a fait le bonheur des enfants et des plus grands. Panier de basket, badminton, pétanque, balançoire, jeux de société ont également contribués à rendre notre séjour agréable. La maison est idéalement placée pour les balades et les sorties à vélo. La région est tout simplement magnifique ! Andrew et Elisabeth sont accueillants et toujours prêts à rendre service. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Uitstekend! Super verblijf.
Ik kan dit vakantieverblijf sterk aanbevelen! De huiseigenaars Andrew en Babette zijn zeer gastvriendelijk en hebben ons veel geholpen bij het vinden van leuke uitstapjes (tips en locaties die je niet zomaar eventjes kan terugvinden op het internet). Het zwembad is verwarmd via zonne-energie en haalt daardoor een erg aangename temperatuur in de namiddag (29°C). De vakantiewoning heeft geen airco, maar met het verluchten 's ochtends en het sluiten van de vensterluiken 's middags bleef het binnen aangenaam vertoeven tijdens hittegolf dagen. De onmiddelijke omgeving is weinig toeristisch en daardoor erg rustig. Hartelijk dank Andrew&Babette, wij hebben genoten van een erg fijne vakantie danzij jullie!

agréable séjour
Nous avons passé un séjour fort agréable, nous remercions Andy et Babeth pour leur accueil. C'est une maison agréable avec toute la tranquillité que nous recherchions, la nature, les oiseaux et la piscine pour que nos grands puissent s'amuser. Nous reviendrons car la région est grande et quinze jours cela n'est pas suffisant pour visiter tous les beaux endroits qu'il y a à faire. Très bon séjour
Nous avons passé d'agréables vacances. Maison bien entretenue. Tout est parfaitement accessible pour une personne en fauteuil roulant sauf les WC. Piscine très grande, chauffée avec des panneaux solaires donc si pas de soleil comme pour nous eau froide... Hôtes très sympathiques. Un restaurant dans le village excellent !

Prachtige gite in rustige omgeving met veel mooie natuur. Veel outdoor activiteiten mogelijk en heerlijk eigen zwembad, wat ook snel op te warmen was met mooi weer.. Zeer vriendelijke gastheer en gastvrouw.

Nous avons été reçus avec beaucoup de gentillesse et d'attention par des hôtes très disponibles. Le gîte nous convenait parfaitement, et nous avons pu profiter pleinement de la sérénité et du calme que nous y avons trouvés, des excellents conseils de nos chaleureux hôtes pour les visites,marchés locaux, balades et randonnées de la région, ainsi que de la grande piscine. Paraplégique, j'ai trouvé le gîte tout à fait adapté à mon séjour en fauteuil roulant.

Un gite parfait dans un lieu magnifique
Je tiens à remercier Andrew et elisabeth pour nos vacances exceptionnelles. Votre gite vaut absolument 5 etoiles. Il est magnifique, tres bien amenagé, propre, reposant. La piscine privé est super avec l espace repos. Votre cuisine exterieur nous a fait profiter d un bon moment en famille et notre fils nathan a adoré le basket. Encore un grand merci pour votre accueil chaleureux, vos conseils sur les belles promenades et votre discrétion. On vous recommande sans hésitation.

Superbe séjour dans un gite idéalement situé - hôtes très accueillants :
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gite qui est en fait une des ailes de la maison des propriétaires, qui sont restés toujours très discrets. La piscine était magnifique et chauffée, et les propriétaires toujours de bons conseils ! A noter aussi un beau coin barbecue tres bien équipé et très efficace ! La localisation du gite est parfaite puisque située à mi-chemin des principaux attraits touristiques : 1h de Toulouse, 1h de la haute-montagne (Luchon, Guzet), et 20 min d'Aspet. Coin parfait pour allier détente, relaxation, petites rando en famille, et visite de beaux sites et villages de France !

Nous sommes arrivés et tous était nickel, petite bouteille au frigo pour les adultes et petites glaces dans le frigo pour les enfants (merci Andy et Babeth). Les lits (confortables) étaient déjà prêts ! Les propriétaires sont de bons conseils pour les balades et visites aux alentours. Le gite est super équipé, l'espace piscine est magnifique avec petit salon couvert, transats, espace douche et toilettes ! Pour les enfants plein de jeux de disponible, ping pong, mini tennis, pétanques, ... Petit conseil ne ratez pas le resto dans le village ;-) Merci pour cette belle semaine.

A très beau séjour dans un cadre sublime
La propriété est très agréable. La piscine est très grande et très bien conçue. Parfaite pour les enfants! La cuisine extérieure est vraiment pratique. Nous avons mangé dehors tous les soirs. Les chambres sont spacieuses et restent relativement fraîches en été. Nous avons visités des parcs, villages et sites naturels magnifiques! J’ai même fait du parapente à Arbas le dernier jour! Les propriétaires sont très sympas et très discrets- A & B merci pour un séjour confortable et reposant!

Un havre de paix !
Des vacances idylliques dans un havre de paix ! Telle est la semaine que nous avons passée avec notre petite famille où Andy et Babeth ont pris soin du moindre détail pour accueillir leurs hôtes. Chuuuut, le silence de la nature s'écoute au bord de la piscine. Des vacances magiques !!!
