"You have one exceptional employee! Tiamana went above and beyond!! We were out on the streets buying something and we didn’t speak Malagasy. Tiamana walked by and came to the rescue! He could’ve walked by and went home, but stayed and helped us out! At the hotel he was always kind and went out of his way to make our stay wonderful! Love you Tiamana! "First of all property is in walking distance from local and international Airport so no taxi needed ! Property is very cheap and host speaks a bit of German. On the negative side, no AC, no ventilation, no fridge, no food. Even worse, from lunch time to evening no electricity , no wifi, no water. Came back in the evening only to stop in the morning, so no running water, etc. I cancelled a second planned stay."

"This was the best hotel we stayed at in our month long trip in Madagascar. We were either jet lagged, or about to travel whenever we were in Tana and this hotel was comfortable and easy. It is at the top of the hill with a nice view and a rooftop bar. There are a few bars and restaurants in walking distance as well. Their prices are a bit high, so we walked next door for breakfast and went out for dinner. But wow, to have a nice shower and wifi is incredible."

"Nice and grand lobby. The manager welcomes and helps us with the Chinese menu. Free shuttle bus to International Airport with 5 minute driving distance. Excellent service over all! Definitely will book this hotel again if we come back Madagascar. "

"This was my second stay as I liked the first. I must take it account the very low price. This was great given the low amount I paid. The room was spacious and has a balcony. Breakfast was included It is close to Cotisse bus station. They were very accommodating and easy to communicate with prior. They bought bus tickets for me and all the staff I met were friendly. Their English wasn’t great. It is a shared bathroom. "

"The area it’s really bad, if you are going with your family I do not recommend it. The area it is full of people living in the street and beggars. The Hotel has a nice restaurant and good rooms but there is not hot water and they have to check always your fridge to find out if you have taken anything. Be careful of the taxi fares as they will try and charge you double. "

"The hotel is in an excellent location with many banks and restaurants in the vicinity. It was also very handy yo have a taxi rank outside the hotel which made getting about very easy. The hotel staff were all very friendly and professional and I felt they did everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible.
