"This was a great place to stay, we were only there 2 nights but location was perfect Elena and Marko were wonderful. Communicated before arrival and provide great insight and ideas for the area. The hotel is located in old town so pretty much everything was steps away. We had a lot of luggage so it was a challenge getting from our parked car to the hotel. There excuse was that "there was a mix up with Expedia". "This is a very nice apartment that is centrally located and was a great place to stay for two nights in Rovinj. We used the hotel guest parking and walked to the hotel with our backpacks. It was a nice ten minute walk but wouldn’t recommend it if you had suitcases. The apartment was fairly easy to find. "We had a lovely stay in the apartment; however, the building itself is not in great shape. The Lighting makes it difficult to navigate in the evening as the light will only stay on for 60 seconds which is not quite enough to make it up four flights of stairs. The fifth floor apartment is incredibly warm and does not have access to a bathroom."
